Contracted with Kaiser Moanalua to monitor the parking garage (as of November 2025), the tickets they write you for minor violations (if there even are any) are absolute bull. Just FYI, parking stalls (unless otherwise marked) can be used anyone. Putting tickets on cars for height violations, taking up 2 stalls, being improperly parked, etc, is an additional headache. There are no fees associated, just a ticket on your dashboard. Keep in mind I was heavily pregnant, parking my oversized vehicle in an appropriate stall, and still got a ticket with no contact information for follow up. Simply signed 'ELITE'. read more

This company clearly has issues with accountability among its employees. One evening, I went to MW and left my sunglasses in my car, very well hidden. Despite this, they were stolen. When I spoke with the manager, he showed no concern and was not at all apologetic. The lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. Management should be ashamed of how this situation was handled and how the business is being run. read more

Poor customer service from worker at 1150 south king street. Worker yelled at me for parking in the wrong place. He has a poor approach. I understand being wrong but he shows no compassion. Tried to explain to him that my mother has dementia and all I wanted to was drop her off real quick. I did not want her to get lost. He continued to yell at me showing no compassion. He needs to be trained in customer service. This worker poorly represents your company. I admit to being wrong about parking in the wrong place but damn I don't need to be yelled at while caring for my elderly mom. I am in no way trying to get this man fired. I just want him to know he needs a better approach I have finalized my complaint with elite. I appreciate the call back from a member of management. read more

Thank you to the Eliete Parking valet staff at the Hokulani Hilton on the corner of Kalakaua and Lewers in Waikiki. They greeted us with aloha and always had our car ready by the elevator when we called to say we were coming down. My husband uses a walker, and they were quick to help with putting the walker into the back of the car. I so appreciated their friendliness and professionalism throughout our stay. Do not use Elite parking or (Elite VIP) or VIP towing. At the Aloha Tower location, parked and scanned the QR for Elite and went about my way. Extended by 1 hr (3 max) and got there 40 min prior to my car being towed. All numbers posted went to VM or rang nonstop. 2 guys did call eventually and said they didn't know or would try the towing company. Woke up to zero calls or attempt for contact by either company (it was 8PM). Get a call this morning after leaving several voicemails saying I was going to file a police report and an HR lady was upset bc I was "rude" in my previous VM and then stated "I would help if you weren't so rude" before telling me it wasn't their problem and then threatened me if I posted a review of "anything fraudulent" by reported me to the higher ups LOL. Got scammed out of over $200 and minor damage to my rental. Read about my experience with VIP towing in their review but stay away from this company even if they keep halfway legit at hotels sometimes, they sure don't when utilizing the private properties they own. read more

Dined tonight at Michel's for the first time. Kerwin was the valet for the evening. He is very friendly and personable and most helpful. My dinner companion's wheelchair was in the back of my car and he brought it out with no hesitation. Kerwin assisted her into the wheelchair and even wheeled her into the restaurant. He did everything with a smile. Once we were done with dinner, I found it difficult to wheel her up the ramp. I called out to him and asked if he could assist me. He quickly came and took control of the wheelchair, helped her in the car and put the wheelchair back in the car. He asked how our dinner was and what we ate. Most pleasant conversation. Kerwin is a great representative and role model for Elite. We appreciated all he did for us from arrival to departure. We would like to extend our greatest appreciation and gratitude to Kerwin and Elite. read more

Located at the Ilikai Hotel Towers in Honolulu on Ala Moana is the best. We were there for some time. In and out a few times a day. These car hops always smile, never complain, no matter how many bags you have or how heavy they are, these guys are pros. And whether young or older we got 5-star service with a smile every time. Located right in front we came to know this amazing crew. Whether for short term parking or for the night, they were there. In our case it was even a bit more of a challenge. I used a mobility scooter. Though it disassembles, it still has 2 heavy pieces. They never complained. The team was professional, and we could aways count on them for help. It's a large team there so the list of names would be lengthy. So, I will say a personal heart felt thank you to all of TEAM EPS. You were part of the reason we stay at your location and use the Condos. read more

I went to Fire Grill in Waikiki for thanksgiving dinner at the Hilton Garden Inn. The valet parking company was Elite parking services. I have sounds in my car and when I went to restart my car, my Bluetooth was asking to connect to a moto g stylus 2024. I own an iPhone which I connect to usb (because it sounds better) so the parking lot attendants connected to my stereo with their phone.... I don't know what they were trying to do or what they were doing. But I know next time to park my own car somewhere else and avoid The Hilton Garden hotel. read more

SAME exact complaint as the previous reviewer about the rude boor guy who works in the morning/afternoon at 1150 South King St yelling at me sometime earlier this year for brief loadings for picking up and dropping up - takes his job far too seriously for this company. This company took over the parking management at the facility I work at, and I thought things would improve since this is their line of business. Nope. They have done nothing but cost me money that I shouldn't be paying in the first place. When I renewed my parking, which we do every year, they asked me for some parking sticker that I had three years ago that expired back in 2015. I told them I didn't have it and I had no clue where it was. They then told me they would not give me my new sticker unless I found the 2015 one or gave them $50. Really? For an expired sticker from three years ago? I come in to work for emergency services and we get full parking validation for getting called in. Numerous times my validation either did not work or they tried to charge me $2. They have an option to give me a card that works overnight but they don't. The office people here are also rude and condescending. They try to validate their inept rules with more inept excuses. Horrible. read more

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn's Elite Parking's valet and our car was damaged during the valet. They also did not want to pay for the damages done to our car. They said that the damages were not their fault even though it was done during the valet! They also promised to give us documentation but kept on procrastinating it. And never gave it to us until now. Don't park here! read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Park at Waikiki Galleria Tower and continually have issues with my monthly parking card. Attached is an email I received from their staff after emailing about monthly parking when I only emailed them about validation issues for guests at my restaurant. Incredibly rude, poor management, and would not suggest doing business with them. Can not get any management on the phone or email. This forced valet parking is awful at Queens Medical!!! They take a long time checking in when I was just on time for my appointment. Have to walk an extremely long way to even get to the front door (made me late) and then you have to walk all the way back then go upstairs to receive your car. I had to wait for my car even though other people came after got their vehicles first. Then have to pay for the lack of service. This is NOT valet service. Valet service is drop and pick up right in the front. I used to self park and do the walk but if I wanted convenience, then I would use valet. Need to return to old way of parking. Valet in the front and self parking. Elite services, need to go back to what valet is!!! They fixed the problem for a while then now they changed today 10/10/19 for er, handicap and same day surgery only. This isn't right!!! Valet is for everyone... Shouldn't segregate people. Went to Hy's Waikiki on Friday 4/12/19 in a just washed Range Rover. After dinner got back a water/debris stained car. Pictures says it all!!! Eventually Elite Staff including their Hy's Location Manager responded and subsequently agreed to a complete care detail (vs wash) at their Car Wash and Detail facility in TOPA Tower, Downtown Honolulu. Be aware typically Elite's Valet Service would not be responsible should you leave and lot and then report it when you get home. As a goodwill gesture they kindly agreed to take care of us. So be aware certain stalls at Hy's Waikiki are exposed to the elements and thus your car may also experience this kind of unfortunate incident. "Lesson learned"...whenever you Valet Park your car, inspect before leaving. Perhaps even take a few date/time stamped photos on your phone to document the condition upon arrival and then if you see damage date/time document (via more photos) upon leaving and "let the Valet know". Once you leave the lot they are no longer liable! read more

I know these guys are everywhere and there are some good locations but this most recent experience was not a positive one. We stayed at the Outrigger reef and there is no other "convenient" option but to Valet Park your vehicle. We arrived and from the onset, this location did not have the greatest service. We love to take care of our Valet guys but it has be reciprocal. Long story short, they damaged our racks on top of our Tahoe. It's highly unlikely that they did not know but they claimed the didn't realize it but it was super loud and could not miss it. They did offer to pay for the damages but that negates the fact that I have to take off from work to take it in. It took management quite a while to respond to us after reporting the estimate. read more

A big middle finger to this company. We went to spend the Fourth of July at Park shore hotel. They parked our car and when we got it back our bumper was ripped off and the cable that goes to my running lights was ripped out. The driver was really fast to get out of the car hand me my keys and say have a great day. I filed a claim and they just called me to tell me that they won't back my claim even though we have full documentation of it. They said they did a internal investigation and couldn't find any reasonable proof that it happened from their company. When you turn the car in to valet they always indicate any damage and anything that doesn't look good. There was no indicator on my bumper or the cable being ripped out but because elite says they didn't find any proof and their investigation doesn't show any damage to a cement parking block from a plastic bumper, they won't back my claim. I wish I could give this ZERO stars but it does not allow me to. Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn- Waikiki Beach Sept. 16,2018-Sept. 22,2018. This hotel uses only valet and no self parking. Service was fine up until my last day at the hotel. We received our car at 12pm on Sept. 22, 2018, I had to take a double look at the car as I had noticed damage to the right rear of our rental car. I thought it was not our car as we did not have any damage to it when we had dropped it off the night before. I notified the parking attendant as soon as she gave me the keys, as it says on their valet ticket "All claims for adjustments must be presented before vehicle leaves facility". Their lead for the day tried calling her manager a few times and stated that she will take the information down and relay it to her manager. Her manager Nino A. (Operations Manager) as it says on his business card finally showed up to the hotel and evaluated the damage and took the report, he advised me that he needed to review the videos of the previous night 9/21/18 and the 9/22/18 video. Later in the day around 3:30pm I received a call from their Operations Manager Nino A. He stated that the damage was caused by their valet staff, per the video cameras there was NO damage to the car on 9/21 when we dropped it off and when it entered their valet garage and then there was damage noted when it EXITED their valet garage. He then asked if I could bring the car back to the Hilton Garden Inn so that he can buff off some of the damage that was caused, I informed him that I could not return as I was on my way to the airport to catch a flight home. He then told me to have the rental company contact Elite Parking Services and THEY will take care of the damages that THEY caused. Fast forward to January 2019 I am still dealing with this headache, the adjuster from the rental company has not been able to get a statement from Elite Parking Services for liability, nor have they received payment for the damages that were caused. They will not release the videos from their valet garage or get back to the adjuster. I have tried to contact them myself via telephone and only receive a voicemail, no live person except the operator, I have left multiple messages and still have yet to receive a response. Elite lost my key to my auto start car June 10. The car drove home from the Alohilani Hotel, of course, but didn't start in am because no key detected. They have yet to send me a check for a new key. Hard to believe the incompetence. I have heard of other stories where key was not returned. read more

Your staff located at the Ilikai Hotel are wonderful. I've been a guest there twice this year and find your staff to be respectful, pleasant and professional. The young men are often moving very quickly to get cars in and out and to help guests as they arrive and leave and always greet people very politely. It's a thankless job, often times I see them getting jipped on tips but they still smile and say, "Have a great day, see you later." I had the opportunity to return to the same hotel within about a month and the staff remembered me. They're quick to move and assist with getting luggage and also helping elderly in and out of the car. read more

Shopped at Ross Waikiki and when done, the Ross cashier validated my parking ticket. When we got to the exit booth, the attendant asked for my Ross receipt. What!? The ticket was already validated so didn't quite understand reason. So I reached in back of me for my shopping bag, found my receipt and gave it to the attendant. She said she needed the 2 numbers on the bottom of the receipt to open the gate (in addition to a fully validated parking ticket?). Did not believe her but did not want to argue; she's just a booth attendant. Elite Parking: Is this your standard procedure to ask everyone for their Ross receipt even though the parking ticket is clearly validated? A validated ticket is all you need. It's none of your business whether a purchase was made or not. What if I didn't make a purchase/could not find what I was looking for but still had a validated ticket? Would the attendant not allow me to exit? Or did your booth attendant go rogue? read more

This review is for the valet staff at the Outrigger Waikiki on Kalakaua. We attended a wedding at a nearby hotel so decided to do a stay-cation in Waikiki. Had some relatives join us for the buffet at Dukes. The valet, Jeff, was very rude and told them that they only take cash. When my cousin told me that I told him that didn't seem right. We go to Blue Note often and the valets have always taken credit cards. My only conclusion was that the valets were keeping the cash. When I approached Jeff after our meal, he got very defensive and said the credit card machine was broken. My cousin didn't want to cause a scene so just paid. When I went to work the next day and talked to my coworkers about my experience, two said they experienced the same thing with this valet. It makes the entire hotel look bad when one bad worker does this kind of stuff. Yes, I've worked in the hospitality industry before and know workers who rely on tips find "creative" ways to make an extra buck, but never at the expense of not properly servicing the customer. Quite disappointed since we frequent this hotel a lot for Blue Note, Hula Grill, and Dukes and have never had a problem with the staff. read more

Used the valet, and our ticket we received was damaged by water and we threw it away. We talked to our server at yard house who gave us another ticket, assuming this would be fine. We told the valet and they still charged us $50. This is a huge scam. You're just charging people to charge people. If you park here, make sure to keep your ticket regardless of the situation. They will charge you because they only care about more $ in their pockets. Shame on embassy, especially during Covid!! I have already spoken to Tommy who is the supervisor, and he was absolutely no help and extremely condescending. We had our car valeted when we went to dinner last night and Doug was our valet. After dinner as we were leaving he told us it would take few minutes for him to do a sanitizing as he delivered our car. I our presence he sanitized the seat...seatbelt...steering wheel...steering column/ignition...console and shifter. This was a fantastic game changing valet service during these uncertain times. WORST PARKING SERVICES COMPANY IN HAWAII! They never get back to you. Our car was involved in a car accident on 1/5/2022 when the valet driver was bringing our car to us. We weren't in the car so we requested the footage so we could get this taken care of through the other driver's insurance since she backed into our car but no one ever returns your phone calls or answer their calls. The other person's insurance also has tried reaching out to them several times for a statement or to request the footage and no one answers or calls back. We went in person several times to the valet at The Embassy Suites in Waikiki where this occurred and the manager somehow is never present and we aren't given a manager's number, just told that they'll tell him we came or are following up. They just tell us to call Elite Services who never answers or returns calls. We plan to take this to the Better Business Bureau since the company doesn't respond. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR WITH THEM AS THEY ARE EVASIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE. read more

These people are terrible!! Absolutely horrifying! I've seen them move cars in a wreck less manner! In trying to pay for my moped ticket, which should not have been issued, I smelled alcohol on their breath. I was unable to have a civilized conversation with them as they accused me of talking to someone that didn't happen and then tried to tell me about our conversation. Nasty, unprofessional and unbelievable!! They got in my face and kept telling me to talk to the manager of the hotel (as they are a third party company) as they knew he couldn't do much. We arrived at approximately 1800. We had been there multiple time so we did not think anything of it my wife came out the car gave the keys to the employee he was an older gentleman working on 4th of February 2022 there was a car behind us and a car infront of us. We received a ticket we did not check again because we had been here before with no doubts...they asked where we were going we said yard house. we went into yard house we tried to get our validation they said we couldnt because of the ticket we asked to speak to the manager she did we still had not checked the ticket we went back to get our car we also had a spare key tried to explain to the worker we have our car key to and he recognized us and said well if we don't have your ticket we cannot help you at this point I was upset I checked my ticket it said 2020 we are military and we were not on island ib 2020 on top of that there was no reason for us to lie or make up a story we parked in elite because that is usually where we parked for yard house with no issues but tonight was not the night. They were extremely rude the manger did not care whatsoever and made us pay the lost ticket fee $50 which we paid but it wasn't the money it was Rene simple fact that the employee recognized us and still kept saying he did not give us the ticket when he did it NEVER AGAIN WILL I PARK THERE I RATHER PAY 50$ else where ! read more

Ilikai Marina parking garage. Despite sign that says cards accepted this is cash only garage. The price per day is reasonable by Waikiki standards however we extended our parking by two days and paid $46 to evening attendant to find out the next day that we could not exit. The day attendant kept saying that the night attendant "stole " the money. It's 2022. Parking garages don't require attendants and are cashless elsewhere. I've been overcharged Multiple times at their parking structure but let it slide (either in a rush, didn't wanna deal with it, had other things to do, or what's several extra dollars right?). I finally decided to speak up and the attendant or whoever I spoke to wouldn't answer my question on why I was charged 4x the amount, and kept hanging up on me. He told me to hurry up and leave cause time is running, and to call the phone number on the outside of the gate. I ended up paying and called the number but was left with one of those recordings and couldn't reach anyone. read more

Can only recall experience recently at the Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel. Drove up to the valet and sat there for a good minute staring at the workers talk to each other (looked like two workers and some other employee from the hotel). My fiancé (who ironically worked on a commercial for this company to promote its customer service) had to jump out the car to get their attention. Upon pickup we decided to grab our keys from the valet and get our car ourselves. Friends have mentioned that they've had similar experience there, but that's just hearsay at this point. read more

1 star b/c it wouldn't accept NO STARS. A huge F for fail. Parked in a lot operated by EPS only to have my card eaten by their machine that is out of service and no longer working. NO SIGNAGE nor are they open for assistance on a weekend. The establishment we were visiting had to be the one to inform us of who operates and how to contact for further assistance. This or any of these machines that are no longer functioning should be removed immediately for respect of the consumer. As we head out of state this week for the holiday, I find myself with unnecessary frustration b/c a company with "elite" in its name lacks just that. read more

The gang at Topa Financial are beyond Awesome!! The workers are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Everyone that Is there now is great!! They got rid of the lady with no personality and replaced her with a wonderful and funny lady that does all the office work. She makes me laugh and I can tell that all the staff there just loves her too!! You can see how she brought life to this place! AND they do car washes too!! I normally drop my car off before work and bam ... nice shiny and clean ... what more can I ask for? read more
