As this is the only tub in the house, we wanted to make sure we could get the jets working so that we could properly clean the tub. After working with our go-to contractor and attempting to replace the motor, it became clear that this was not going to be a straight forward fix and was not within scope of our contractor's skillset. We called Classic Spa and Mike was able to come out right away and help us fix the issue. He even got the old motor working again! Mike not only fixed our tub, but he also explained to us novice spa users how it works, how to care for it, and what the limitations are for the way it is currently set up (1980s tech). We should have started with Classic Spa and we would have avoided a lot of money and time headaches caused by trying to fix the issue through our general contractor.
