As this is the only tub in the house, we wanted to make sure we could get the jets working so that we could properly clean the tub. After working with our go-to contractor and attempting to replace the motor, it became clear that this was not going to be a straight forward fix and was not within scope of our contractor's skillset. We called Classic Spa and Mike was able to come out right away and help us fix the issue. He even got the old motor working again! Mike not only fixed our tub, but he also explained to us novice spa users how it works, how to care for it, and what the limitations are for the way it is currently set up (1980s tech). We should have started with Classic Spa and we would have avoided a lot of money and time headaches caused by trying to fix the issue through our general contractor. I would 100% recommend Classic Spa and Mike to anyone who needs service.

He got upset because we did not have enough water pressure coming out of our hose and he became upset that he did not have enough room to work on the back of the unit. He came back a week later to fix the problem, and began to throw a tantrum because of the parking situation in our area. He states he can come back next week then flipped like a switch and said that he didn't want to do the job anymore. He then went to his truck for a moment; coming back a few minutes later stating that he will do the work. My wife just said forget it and he left.

He provided us a with a viable solution and quote to fiberglass our 40-year-old plaster pool. It should be noted that SBPFR quoted against six other pool repair providers. Our decision to select SBPFR was based on numerous criteria, and they were judged to be the best option. We were right and delighted with this selection! Demolition work began on time, including draining the pool, covering our gazebo to minimize dust and removal of all the old tile. Leading up to the beginning and during the entire project, Miguel kept us up to date with the progress--excellent and timely communications all along the way. The entire project from draining the pool, to all the fiberglass and tile refinishing work took exactly one week plus one day, from start to a full pool. Also included in the project was 'new' pool startup services. We are fully satisfied and delighted with our 'new' pool and relationship with SBPFR! I was so fortunate when I went to Leslie's for assistance and happy the utmost pleasure of meeting store manager, Jennifer. She walked me thru everything, selected the most cost effective machine that was compatible with my current pump, and most importantly treated and with the kindness that you would receive from a family member!
