Ivan and iPools have been helping us with our pool since we bought our new house. Being first time pool owners we knew absolutely nothing about pool maintenance. It didn't help that we didn't move in for months after we closed on the house for renovation, so the pool turned a radioactive green during that time. From start to finish and now with weekly service added, we have found Ivan and his team to be very professional, communicative (he even sends us quick videos of any items that need attending to), and highly skilled. We added 2 benches, reduced the depth of the deep end and opted for a radiant (glass beads and abalone shells) finish pebble. It's gorgeous! Our prior remodel done 10 years ago was by one of the local businesses who might stop by from time to time during construction but never would communicate directly. If there was an issue, it was too much trouble to bother asking for a resolution. It was the exact opposite of this experience with iPools. Ivan went above and beyond during all phases of the remodel--most notably when he made sure the slope of our existing pool was corrected during the shotcrete stage. That wasn't a request that we would have even known to make. Additionally, Ivan has a great working relationship with the construction crews involved in building a pool. This makes such a difference as, again, the dynamic was so different this time around being a much more pleasant and respectful environment for all involved. I'm very grateful to have had this positive experience as I truthfully dreaded the construction phase. It's quite nice to have an ongoing business relationship as I know once the original pump or heater goes out, that Ivan will get it handled asap. We were getting pool "service" for a few months. The tech was here for about five minutes each time. Leaving a filthy pool bottom that I had to clean myself the day after they came. See pic. They got cancelled. Just to be clear, the owners response about the cancellations is true. We did postpone a number of appointments; however there were two service visits after the completion of our yard work. The pic I took was ONE day after they came the on the last visit ( and we didn't have workers after their last visit contaminate the pool). They simply did an incomplete job. They did not brush the bottom of the pool that has sediment. They just did a quick vacuum and goodbye. It's so hard for business owners to take accountability these days. read more

Ivan is amazing! We moved into a new place with a pool and spa. At closer inspection, the pool and spa didn't seem quite right. The prior owner had weekly pool service so it seemed strange the system looked so dirty. Turns out whole thing wasn't being properly serviced. The filter was for a different kind of pool.
