I would seriously give this place 0 stars if I could, because they have the worst customer service here. First of all, the guy that works there has absolutely NO clue what he's talking about when it comes to vapes. He put my old tank with a new battery that I bought yesterday (he suggested it was totally fine) and it ended up burning my tank...and my throat. I tried to see if I can get it returned/exchanged/whatever and he told us it was MY fault that the tank broke and suggested I should buy a bigger tank from him. I then asked if I could speak to the manager, and he told me the manager would not allow me to return anything anyway so that I was shit out of luck. I don't understand how someone can be so rude. This place sold me an ecig the other day and the very next day the whole thing smelled like it was on fire. The guy working there said the battery and the tank were compatible but obviously he had no idea what he was talking about. I tried to return it and the guy laughed at me on the phone. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received. They need to learn how to treat their customers and how ecigs work. I went to vvvapes in Middletown and they fixed everything for me. I wholeheartedly agree with the other comments about the lack of customer service and the employees lack of knowledge. I have visited this shop a couple times when I didn't have time to get to the better shops located in Middletown, Ocean twp, Asbury, etc. Twice they have sold me the wrong coil for my vape, and as other reviewers have stated...no refunds and no exchanges. Also, their selection and inventory of e-liquids is beyond sad. They sell a couple brands but they never have any flavors in the most common nicotine levels. If you're going for glass pipes you might find something to settle on, but if you want to vape without aggravation, stay away from this place! read more

This place has very bad customer service, be careful. I went there to purchase some nice new glass but when I went to go give them my card I was told I had to use an ATM inside the shop because their credit card system didn't work. So your credit card system doesn't work and instead of getting it fixed.. You got a functioning ATM? Why? Anyone with $20 can turn a smartphone into a card reader. So, after I paid the fee to use the ATM, it ate $20 of mine, cancelled the transaction and went out of service. Now I can't get mad at that. But what I can get mad is, when I asked if I could get $20 from the register I was told they couldn't help me. Which confuses me because my next course of action was to go to my bank and withdraw the remainder of my total at the register. read more

Absolutely appalled! Have been going to this smoke shop for years and have never had a problem until last week. I went in and saw a new employee I had not seen before (skinny, blond, short hair ) I believe his name was John- usually I speak with Sean. However, after explaining to this man that I am a regular and would like to purchase a new glass pipe and pointed to the specific one I wanted, he took a different route. He then tried to sell me his own marijuana from his "personal stash" at home or so he called it. I told him how unprofessional this was and I was NOT interested. He kept going and insisted I smell the samples he had in his backpack behind the counter. After I said no to him again, he got an attitude and was not interested in helping me. Worked for the company a little under a year. They constantly rip people off with cheap glass and products that are usually faulty. Zero communication between management and employees on certain things. Certain things like lighters and matches wouldn't be in the store for weeks on end, it's a smoke shop. Just a frustrating place overall from an employee stand point and customers. How many times can you say to customer, "no sir sorry we don't have matches or lighters." read more

This is actually the worst smoke shop I've ever been to in my entire life. Insane how they're still in red bank.. worst customer service ever. The chubby kid with the shaved head has no idea what he's even talking about. For instance I asked him if they had "grunge off" a fairly common pipe cleaner. So he told me to try straining the "420 cleaner" ...... uhhhhhh no? Also the only day they do deals (even with cash) is the 20th of each month they won't go down 20 bucks even if you want their most expensive products. Which the only common name brand they have is roor. being the closest smoke shop around now that inner eye is gone. Ive had to turn them down and take my business to xtreme or wonderland which have made at least a grand off of me alone. Thanks for screwing up that one elite!!!!!
