They were all well prepared for kindergarten and made the school transition easily. My kids loved their teachers and would talk about all the neat facts, silly songs, yoga poses and fun lessons from their school day. We did the option for Soccer Shots program as well. As a parent, I appreciate the early drop off (630am!) and late pickup at 6pm. The teachers assist with specific transitions such as introducing food (directed by parents/packed lunches/snacks), potty training (kids will help each other line up), and phasing out nap time for kindergarten. We weathered through COVID - the staff and owners were clear with limits and expectations. As a healthcare worker - the school remained open and an option throughout the whole time. There is some teacher turnover, but there are also staff/teachers who have been there for years (and taught all my kids - Ms Cheryl!) . I never had any issues about staff interactions with the children. Ms Anand (owner) is available on site and also responded via email quickly. She knew all the kids names and was always pleasant.

They do limit how many people enter at a time so if you don't show up at opening you might wait a bit but we loved that! Nothing was crowded, never felt too close to everyone and the lifeguards were very attentive making us feel safe! I came here as a kid before it was the YMCA and I remember how much fun it was but definitely got over crowded. This time it was just as much fun but felt more calm! Highly recommend to everyone!

My child and two teammates attended a Breakthrough Basketball Camp at The Arena June 8th-10th,…read more2021. There was too much going on in the background. It was a wide open area, so the coach was extremely hard to hear over the yelling, talking, and music from the weight room right next to the court. It was extremely hot with no fans or adequate ventilation.They also share a parking lot with a daycare, and the daycare has 3 buildings that surround the Arena, and the employees of the daycare ARE NOT friendly and refused to let the kids even sit in the shade of THEIR trees to eat lunch! (Trees near thr parking lot and outside the fenced daycare area, completely away from thr kids). There was no seating/tables available outside the Arena, aside from 1 bench, for lunch breaks for the camp. Im going to highly recommend that the Breakthrough Basketball Camp choose a different venue in the future. This is not a kid/family friendly place. Probably great for adults though.
