This is the best nail place that I've been to in the area. Iris is amazing! I definitely recommend going here.

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON Where do I even start? I go in for a mani pedi. One of the men working immediately sat me down, filed and put my fingers in foil for a soak off. He took me to do my pedicure (which I had no complaints about) and then got up and told me "a lady" was gonna do my nails in a few. I sat in the pedicure chair with my fingers in the aluminum foil for almost an hour before I finally had enough. The picture is what my finger nails looked like after being in acetone for almost 2 hours. My fingers are burnt and PEELING. I finally asked someone to take this stuff off my fingers in which the woman replied "You're next honey". I said I have been here for two hours and everyone getting helped had gotten there after me. The woman sitting next to me waited almost 2 hours just to start her pedicure. Then they go to take a new customer who asked for a manicure. The same lady who told me I was next filled the pedicure tub for the customer (WHO DID NOT EVEN WANT A PEDICURE) and copped an attitude when the customer corrected her. I have never ever been so disappointed and disgusted with the service I got today. When I asked for a manager or the owner I was told "She isnt here today"... makes me wonder what kind of establishment she runs when she IS around. Save your time and your money. This nail salon doesn't deserve to be in business anymore.

Highly disappointed...Tried a new salon & received very poor service and awful nails! Got a dip powder manicure and it was completely cracked by day 2. This is only 1 week from date of getting manicure. Hoping if I call someone would be willing to fix for free to make this right...otherwise I will bo longer be taking my business there.

This nail salon does such a great job. Everyone is very good and very nice. My nails always look great. I will definitely be coming back again. 5 stars.

Pros: same day Sunday appointment, close to my home, clean. A few of them were friendly. When I asked him not to top with gel, he didn't get upset and continued the SNS me Cons: guy kept cutting me, when I asked if it cost more for ombré he just said "yea" but didn't provide a price so when I went to pay it went from $35 to $53... pricing does NOT add up. And to top that they are not what I expected. UPDATE: I went back to have Victor redo my nails today Pros: again Victor was really nice and did exactly what I asked, when I showed him the message from Mei he gave me no problems. Nails look amazing! Con: It was VERY busy (expected for a Sat morning) and there were a few times he had to stop my nails to go do someone else's. I was there for almost 2 hours.

I went in early morning to get my toes done and a gel manicure for my maternity photo shoot. Mimi did my toes and I am still so happy with the way that they came out. Someone else did my gel manicure, and they kind of made me feel a little bit uncomfortable, which is why I didn't give them a five star rating once I declined a full set the lady no longer felt the need to talk to me but rather spoke with the person next to her making me feel uncomfortable. I just wanted to keep my natural nails, so I did get the gel manicure. I tried to keep conversation with the tech but she gave me short answers so she could go back to talking to another tech, they kind of made me feel like they were talking about me. But the pedicure came out perfect I am over two weeks past and I do not have a chip in sight. Definitely going back to Mimi! I do wish they had somewhere that you could look at prices. I just like to know exactly what I am getting myself into in case I do decide to upgrade a service. I paid $50 for the pedicure and $33 for my manicure both were gel.

Last time I will come here because every.single.time I walk in, I get the "GUY". He's simply awful but worse this time. It was Sunday about 11ish. I didn't mind waiting until he was the third person to ask what I was getting done (gel pedicure) and to sit down. I cringed but said okay, maybe it won't be so bad. He was upset. I don't know why! He was having a bad Sunday frfr. How do my feet look worse AFTER a pedicure? Did not nip cuticles. I was questioning if he was actually using gel polish. He used his long pinky NAIL to wipe off excess polish. SLOPPY.My skin was so dry. I won't return and have an appointment with a private nail tech. These folks take your money and do a crappy job. NO TIP For YOU!

LONG REVIEW. At first I thought the customer service was pretty decent, I was one of the first customers when they open, quickly got me in but slowly got me out... 9:30 was arrival and 11ish was departure. I only got regular acrylic white polish tip, all white toe polish. In the middle of the man doing my nails he stop and had some other lady tell me that she gone finish because his appointment came, I'm like whatever. The lady start to finish my nails and she's stopping while attending to customers walking in and disregarded that I'm the customer in the chair, at the point I'm irritated because it seem to me she was respecting the white people coming in and not even telling me to wait or hold, she'll just get up and help others. To also add she's like I'm just going to do gel on you, I'm like no I ask for regular polish, gel peels off too fast, then her coworker was there and was like no look at my nails and where do you work I'm like the healthcare field and she's like oh yes working with chemicals and gloves your right, I'm like exactly I already stated multiple times I wanted regular. The lady finally get back started and she was being a little to ruff for me I told her she need to be gentle and don't be pulling my hands too hard. I look at additional service while she's applying the white nail polish I said I see the I can do just a UV GEL top coat, can I just add that bc I didn't want to stay any longer, she laugh and said you should of just got gel I said you know what never mind, just finish so I can go. They are not personable at all at least they wasn't to me, every white person I seen them interact with they was so nice and professional to them but the black people seem like they disregarded them and seem annoyed when they spoke to them, just my observation not only with the encounter with me. This was my FIRST AND LAST Time ever coming to this place . The man that did my toes, did a good job. The lady did a mediocre nail job but it look decent enough for the public. Wish I knew the names but the less I spoke to them the better . These photos are right after services . Full set & toe color change with regular polish for both 45$.

My review is regarding Jessica, from Elite spa & nail. Hm, where so I start.... I usually only go to see Kathy, for my waxing, but she wasn't working (Apr27th 6pm) so I allowed another woman, by the name of Jessica, to wax my eyebrows. First, I showed her a photo of what I wanted done (i don't have to do this with Kathy, since she already knows, & does a wonderful job) her first comment was, "oh no! I don't like that, I like straight. We do straight, okay?" I declined, & started to get up, but she reassured me that she'd do a good job. (I should have just left!) 4 rips into the waxing (top & bottom, both brows) she slaps some wax on my "lip" I open my eyes, but it's too late now at this point since she put the strip on & is starting to rip it off. I moved my head to the side & told her that I didn't ask for that service. She laughs & say, yeah, I know. Just one more time. At that point, I can't have one side of my lip waxed & not the other. You probably can't tell, but I am BEYOND annoyed at this point. I told her, I just had a surgery on my nose & if she could be REALLY careful doing the lip wax that I never asked for. Of course, she does the complete opposite! Knocking my nose at every chance she gets. Don't even get me started with the clean part of it! I'm surprise she didn't pull a stitch out! (Annoyed again) She goes back to doing, WHAT I WENT FOR (eyebrows) once she finished, they looked awful, & I should have known better. She didn't walk with me to the register, just told one of the other employees what to do. I follow him & he says, $14.... I asked him, "for what?" He says, eyebrows, & lip. I told him that I never asked her to do my lip, & he doesn't know what to do/say. But I didn't bother to make a fuss about $6 because she obviously needs it more than I do if that's how she does business. I smiled, told him I would NOT be leaving a tip, asked for her name, said I'd be writing a review, & walked out. Overall, the reviews to this place are pretty accurate. Kathy is the only reason I continue to return. I probably won't, after this. Here I am, ten minutes later, sitting in my car, & ending my review. Good luck he

I've been coming to this salon for 10 years now and they usually do not disappoint. The best people in the place are Mei, Christina, Jessica and Evelyn. Yesterday Jessica did my nails and even went out her way to try multiple patterns and colors until we found one we actually liked. My nails came out great and of course I'll be back.

This morning I woke up to the first day of the new year!! I'm my toes have definitely been needing some attention! So I thought why not start the year off right with a fabulous pedicure! So I got on the phone and tried calling every salon near me that I knew of and NO ONE was open! Soo I googled this salon and guess what??? It was a wonderful decision. I was answered by a lovely lady named Alexis! She said come on in we ARE open and we will take care of you! Lisa was my nail tech. She was soo wonderful!! And I loved the way she did my nails with a glittery nail tip design! Perfect for the New Year!!! Thank you to Evelyn and Jane too for making me feel welcome! Happy New Year! See y'all again soon! I will definitely be back!

Worst manicure I've ever had. My nail technician was distracted the whole time, answering her personal phone and the business phone. I have color under my nails, the French tip is uneven, edges are rough and weren't filed correctly, and I asked for pink/white and got a clear coat because of how distracted she was. Save your money there are plenty of better nail spas around this area.
