After multiple e-mail and phone calls to ask her to send me my hard copy of return still no answer then I end up calling IRS to ask them why I have not received my return they said it was never filed. That I need to file it and that was on may 11th. Robbin swears she filed in march and she will find out why i have not gotten my return i should have got it months ago and call me back still no call. She never returns my phone calls. I am going to listen to the IRS advice and e-file again but this time not with Robbin but someone else. Y

Despite never agreeing to any terms or services, nor actually selecting Mr Degroot as my advisor in the end, they continue to insist I received advice and owe a ludicrous $750 for the meeting and emails. Be extremely cautious even taking a meeting! This is not someone I recommend anyone trust with their money.
