Basically called everyone peasants!! When asked how to fix this the representative said "we will just take 2x the taxes out of the next paycheck for everyone... um excuse me NO that's NOT how that works!! The representative did nothing to help and was super rude and condescending. So my supervisor had to tell everyone to set money aside for taxes that will be taken out 2 weeks from now because paper trail couldn't do their job. How stupid is that?!
