I drove to the place, pulled up and they immediately worked on my car. I had to bring my own oil and filter which was inexpensive. They were very quick with it. After my engine replacement, I continued experiencing several problems, including rough idling, persistent oil leaks, and an ongoing check engine light. These are not minor concerns, and they should have been addressed as part of the service. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability when I returned to have these issues looked at. Instead of taking the time to properly inspect the engine, the mechanic repeatedly blamed my known power steering leak and dismissed my concerns altogether. I felt like my input was not taken seriously, and the actual problems with my engine were never acknowledged. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. I placed my trust in this shop for a major repair, and they did not meet expectations. I will not be returning. I expected to have no issues after the installment when getting a new engine replacement and yet they didn't even meet that expectation.

Long story short, my tire was deflated due to my wheel was cracked & discovered shortly thereafter bent as well. My vehicle had to be towed to this spot just to give you an idea how I was in bad shape.. Any who, at first the manager due to the time allotted told me it was too late to work on my wheel, however thankful he had a change of heart. Shot out to the tall young guy with the tatts!! He saved my wheel & welded it.. He was very professional & congenial. Dope customer service as he squeezed me in.. was damn near in tears as I couldn't drive on that wheel nor tire. I was able to get the tire inflated thanks to the valet crew so I could get home but desperate to get the tire fixed before I had to shuttle my client around all day and evening. I found Montrose Mobile Tire here and was so impressed by the number of 5-star reviews. Made an easy online appointment for early the next morning and Oscar showed up on time and had my tire permanently patched in 15 minutes. He was so professional and helpful and I was on my way on time to pick up my client. There was a second part to the story, however. The tire started going flat within a couple of days. Normally this would lead to a negative review but I reached out to Oscar and explained the situation. I was able to get an immediate appointment and he discovered that he had had 1-2 other incidents where the patch had still resulted in a leak on this particular tire and it also could have been a faulty patch. Either way, he triple checked my tire for any other causes for the leak and installed a new patch and tested it, leveled the air pressure in all my other tires and said to call him if there are any other issues with it. While it took two trips, I appreciated the quick response, the dedication to making things right and his willingness to address any issue if one occurred again with the tire.
