These guys did a great job!!! Mr. Harris came in at the lowest price by a long shot to put in our vinyl, deck and a couple windows. We are very pleased with the high quality of workmanship and especially 'Elite Windows and Siding's' desire to go the extra mile by giving us much more than we expected or originally put in the contract!!! Our house was a big job so we didn't expect it to be completed too quickly. It took a little over a month to do the deck and the siding. Then another couple of weeks before they did the windows since we asked for that repair after the main job was already done. Moreover, we lost at least a week to rain and bad weather. I plan to use Mr. Harris's business for any future home improvements that I don't want to tackle myself. They probably won't be the fastest contractor out there but I highly recommend using this business if getting the lowest price while also getting fantastic workmanship are at the top of your list. read more

Completely recommend this small, local company for siding, windows, gutters, deck and garage door replacement and exterior painting which is what we had done. Harris created the estimate. We asked Kosta for recommendations on some cosmetic things and those turned out perfect. The various crews did excellent work on the tear down, or repairs needed, prior to starting the new work. Our previous 10' by 20' deck was built prior to county codes and was a disaster. The new deck is elegant and solid. The work site was picked up at the end of each work day. At times there was a lull between phoning the office with a question and getting a reply but the bottom line is that all the work we paid for was completed and no new fees were added to the contract even after finding additional, unexpected areas of rot. Mr. Harris and his group was outstanding. I started to go with one of the larger window companies. Elite Windows called several times and I agreed to have them out. Mr. Harris went above and beyond to gain my business and I couldn't be happier. We replaced every window and door and let me tell you, they are stunning! The contractors all knew their job, stayed out of my way and were very professional and cleaned up everything on a daily basis. We also purchased gutters and gutter covers. Our house is now a show stopper. Mr. Harris doesn't know it yet, but I can't wait to get an estimate on our bathroom and having a new deck put in next year. I had the pleasure of having Elite windows and siding remodel my 80 year old house during summer of 2020. I had them gut the bathroom, redo sub floors in kitchen and bathroom, add a deck on the front of the house, new gravel driveway, front yard leveled and new top soil put down, new siding, new replacement windows, new water lines, new storm doors, new doors, and new outside lights. I look at several factors in reviewing a company. How was the product and if a problem arises, how did the company handle it. Regarding the product, we are very happy with the installation of two doors and a stormdoor. The guys were professional and took great care to make sure the the install created the least amount of mess possible. We had a small issue with our stormdoor. We called and Costa had the installer come out the next day to take care of the problem. That's impressive especially when we can't get some companies out within a week to give us a quote. I had Elite do a complete work over of my handicapped daughters house. They put on a new roof , new siding, gutters, shutters, front door etc. and also took care of wood rot and did it in a very professional way.They were not Jack of All but the roofers only did roofing, etc for siding and also for door installation and guttering. Elite crews provided us excellent quality work. We completely redid our house from floor to ceiling. All bathrooms ripped out and rebuilt. Expanded our master bedroom suite by including an unused attic to over 800 square feet. All rooms repainted and carpeted. A wonderful deck topped it off.
