Dr N. jacked up my face!!! I've been to him before for Botox and was happy, so I thought I'd try filler with him. BAD IDEA!!!!! He used Juvederm Voluma under my eyes. Not only is it not FDA approved for use under the eyes-he had the nerve to charge me $700 for this mess!!!! I went through HELL for 2 weeks until I could get in with another doctor to have this mess partially dissolved. He did reimburse me the $700, but I had to spend over $1000 to get it fixed. He told me he would order the solution to dissolve the filler, but that didn't happen. He also told me he would reimburse me, but haven't seen a cent. See pics. read more

Dr Nguyen is very professional , fast and efficient. My first impression from the outside , was what are we doing here. The inside the office are glass doors, clean and very nice. The staff is professional and courteous. The receptionist is the greatest. Outgoing and personable. This place prodives misleading information. The technology used is dated and minimal. Anybody interested in "laser hair removal" please know that they don't have the "laser" machine. They use an IPL which is a waste of anyone's time and money as it takes a much longer period to achieve any results. The staff will not bother to inform you of the procedure you are about to get into. I had booked an initial appointment for a consultation, the front desk receptionist apparently was not aware of this. She took me into the procedure room and continued to perform the service without looking into my skin type or history. Extremely dangerous and unprofessional. Bought a groupon for lazer hair removal, which is a BAIT & SWITCH!!!!! They do not do lazer hair removal they have an IPL machine that does not permanently remove hairs, in fact it doesn't remove hairs at all. The receptionist redeemed my groupon without explaining this. 100% false advertisement. Not to mention I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes before the "nurse" came to the front desk to explain the services which I declined. And now I'm having a hell of a time getting my money refunded back from groupon. Any merchant that lies about their services isn't one I would recommend or EVER give my business. When I told them is horrible service and I should not have to wait this longer the Dennis (doctor) respond is "well these days you have wait up to 2 hours to get treatment, next time don't book an early appt". His assistant didn't know how to take a blood pressure and he estimated one and told me I was anemic (I'm not). There were ghetto people and families in the lobby. The "doctor" (which I would be very surprised if he had a medical license) was running around like he was on some of the weight loss supplements, miracle cures that he peddles. Super sketchy! Thoughts of Tijuana abortion clinic is a good visual. After waiting in line, the lady said she didn't have my reservation, even though they texted me twice to confirm the day before. So I didn't want to have to drive way across town for my DOT physical so I went to a walk in clinic in rocklin. what a mistake. I was there three hours when they told me it would be another hour and a half. So I left, went to the wellness clinic, and what a relief. customer service still exists in america. I showed up minutes before they closed but it was no problem. They performed a thorough exam and I was out of there in thirty minutes. And the best part, it was $40 less. The business was closed when I arrived and a sign currently posted on the door says they will be back at 2:00. It's currently 2:15 and I'm still waiting in my car. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. When I called to make an appointment for laser hair removal, an unprofessional "hello" is how their business phone was answered. This should have been a sign. The day before my appointment I was asked to please come 2 hours earlier than original time. I waited for 45 minutes before I was even seen. When I was given a gown to change into, it was unwashed and had hair on it from a previous patient. The doctor came in to start treatment and the laser head had leftover gel from the patient before and he had no intentions of cleaning or sanitizing it until I complained.
