The best boba spot in Glen Ellyn! The drinks are so good and customer service is amazing! The place is great for photos and love the ambiance!

It does not disappoint! Thank you for the Mango Smoothie & Peach & Strawberry Smoothie. The ordering is easy and allows for customizing ingredients. Staff was helpful to understand dairy vs non-dairy. Chill vibe!

I'm Asian and this is good! The oolong flavor was significant. Definitely would go here again. Ample amount of room. Just note they charge 3% on credit card. Cashier is cash only. Service was quick and we didn't wait long

Great authentic place to get Boba outside the city. Thank goodness we stumbled upon this because I swear I was trying every boba shop outside Chicago and they sucked so bad. It's easy enough to find and right outside of Wheaton (thankfully a short drive for us). Bilingual menu written in Chinese too (yay!). Genuinely happy to find a spot that can get their brown sugar boba to perfection. (Not overcooked or too hard). Place your order on the kiosk up front if you're paying by card or at the counter if you have cash. The drinks take a little to make if it looks busy- so keep that in mind. But nice spot to grab a drink and sit down / study if you need to. Whenever I'm in town, I always make sure to stop by

Elitea has tea, smoothies, matcha, boba, etc. Every drink has a picture and explanation when you're deciding on what to order at the electronic kiosk. It felt weird that the drink artists were just there, a foot away from you, waiting for you to place your order on the menu screen. Nobody said anything to us which felt weird and the opposite of inviting/warm/friendly, but perhaps that's just how they're set up? I ordered the strawberry matcha and the ordering menu prompted me to select a sweetness level (100%, 75%, 50%, 25%, none). I opted for the 50% level and it was suuuuh-weet! I'll definitely try the 25% sweetness level next time!! The walls have beautiful quotes all over. It doesn't look like just anyone can add their quote, which is good - otherwise people would write all kinds of crazy things. They do also have a chalk wall... that's where you can write all the crazy things! Easily erasable;) What a lovely place to pop into while shopping in DT Glen Ellyn! They also have a public bathroom that's clean!

As I walked in the door. I was warmly welcomed with a very warm smile. I instantly felt happy! They told me that I could order from the counter but, I had to pay with cash. Or, I could order from the kiosk. I chose to order from the kiosk which was very easy to use! I ordered the Vietnamese ice coffee and I wasn't disappointed! I will definitely be back! It was super peaceful and very homey. The decorations were really cute too! I especially enjoyed flower heat that said "You're Like Really Pretty" It added personality and it made you feel good! I can't wait to try a tea next time I'm in! Vietnamese ice Coffee- The coffee was rich and full! It was velvety, chocolaty, nutty, sweet, and bold all at the same time! It was perfectly balanced! I loved how ice cold it was too! And, the foam was addictive! I could've drank a whole cup of this heavenly cloud! It was silky and foamy all in one sip. You have to try it!

Cute store with cute drinks! The place really put in thoughts to match their drinks to the interior decoration. Not only is it aesthetic but also delicious. Glad I was able to visit this place and know that there is some good tea out in Chicago. Very comparable to the ones in CA. This shop offers a lot of drinks with a variety of combinations. I will say my favorite were the fruit-flavored teas. They were fresh and delightful. Overall, prices were reasonable. One note: the jelly they offer is not the jelly I expected. Instead of the firm texture with a definitive form, the ones provided here are amorphous and more a part of the liquid. It's an interesting take and something unique about this shop. Definitely a space to relax and big enough to visit in a small group. Highly recommended.

Great experience getting tea here. Was a very easy process to order in the order board. Service was very quick. The ambiance was very relaxing. Most of all, the teas were excellent.

Both of the drinks came out quickly. They were very refreshing and their black sugar tapioca is delicious. The place is very cozy and even has a small lounge area that you can enjoy your drinks in.

I LOVE ELITETEA! I was so thrilled to find their new location in Glen Ellyn. I no longer have to trek to Schaumburg or further for the delicious boba. Upon walking in you're met with a beautiful green leaf wall with a neon sign. They have their menus above the front counter with pictures to help you choose (bonus: they even come out looking exactly like it!). If you turn to your left you'll see a little doorway that leads to a great place to study and get work done. Now for the boba. It was amazing. I'm a boba fanatic and it is always a surprise when every drink ordered is a 10/10. We got a Peach & Strawberry Smoothie ($5.15), Lychee Smoothie (with boba, $5.90), Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea (with oreo cheese top, $7.25), Pineapple & Mango Smoothie (woth boba, $5.90). Every sip was heavenly. My dad LOVED his lychee smoothie. The peach and strawberry was perfectly balanced. The brown sugar milk tea was sooo good with that oreo top. My only note for these drinks is to beware of the sweetness. They have sweetness levels and I went 100%. While they were absolutely delicious I definitely had to brush my teeth after an hour because they were super sweet. My fault for doing 100%! I'll try around 60% next time. Service was wondeful and quick. Another great thing? Their drink carrier! None of that flimsy boards that Illinois winds will knock right over. Since it is located in downtown Glen Ellyn, I did have to park a bit further and walk there so I was nervous about securing my drinks. No need- the drink carrier is so secure that I kid you not, I keep it in my car to reuse it. Portions and price were so spot on. It's super affordable and probably one of the best out there. That's a rare find. Please do yourself a favor and get yourself to Elitetea!

Elitea milk tea doesn't disappoint. They are one of the few shops who actually serves freshly brewed tea in their drinks. They use fresh milk and very concentrated tea in their mixology. Definitely would come back for my next caffeine fix.

Warning, under construction and you need to park in the city lot across the street .Very Dusty outside but seems very clean inside! Great pricing, special deals, boba was tasty, fresh soft tapioca. Fast service and plenty of room for well over 30 people to sit comfortably!

The staff were very friendly and told us all about the different drinks on the menu, but we just went with water because I had already had my allotment of caffeine for the day. Cute decor including paintings from local artists for purchase and giant bubble teas! It was a bit warm inside but there's also outdoor seating if you would prefer that. The building looks like it was converted from a church, and the back seating area has some high stained glass windows. In the middle of the cafe is a narrow hallway/corridor where the supply closet and the single stall bathroom is, so it segments the cafe into two areas, connected by this hallway in the center. The design feels very clearly like a remnant of an old historic building, and a brick alleyway runs along one side. In the space/room where you order (walking through the seating area and through the hallway), it opens up with huge windows and a huge industrial coffee grinder on full display. There's another counter to order, with a few pastry options, and along another side wall, a rack of F&H clothes for purchase and the drink menus. (The aesthetic reminded me of Blue Bottle.) I ordered an iced Whiskey Vanilla Latte with oak milk and it was good! I couldn't taste any whiskey at all, and when I ordered the barista had mentioned this (cooked off so you wouldn't taste it) so it was a decent vanilla latte. I'll give them props for a really cool unique flavor. We all grabbed our drinks and headed (back through the hallway) into the other room with the seating area. There is a small section with a couch, otherwise lots of tables and chairs and I was glad it wasn't too crowded so we were able to grab a table. This was a great spot to grab coffee and meet up with friends. It's in a neat little downtown area in Wheaton, and they offer creative coffee drinks, with beans and merch to purchase.

I looked up highly rated Vietnamese restaurants and found Tasty House 1 in Carol Stream. This place is everything we anticipated it to be. The location is nice and has parking in front, inside is super spacious and had a relaxing and breathable ambiance. Another appetizer we got separately was the fried calamari which had a great crunchy texture, the absolute best! There is a separate vegan menu with half a dozen things on it, and other than the drinks and desserts, pretty much nothing on the regular menu is vegetarian. You've got your choice of various fruit lemonades, bubble teas, popping bubble teas, jellies, etc. Desserts include flan, Vietnamese yogurt, coconut jelly - none of which you'll be eating onsite as you'll be too full after your entree. Portions are on the large side - even the papaya salad is a meal. I got the peach lemonade, vegetable spring rolls and the tofu, vegetable and noodles, which turned out to be a soup, basically Vietnamese ramen. The spring rolls are tasty and come with peanut sauce; the vegetable broth was savory with lots of baby bok choy, plenty of noodles and cubes of fried tofu - it was even better with some of the homemade hot sauce, which I highly recommend. The lemonade comes in a bubble tea disposable cup and contains tiny pieces of fruit - very fruity, not very citrusy. Service was friendly and very personable, which helps if you're serving 16 people. All of whom were happy.

When I approached the counter no one acknowledged me so I said hi and an employee said hello back but didn't offer to take my order, so I assumed I needed to order at the tablet which is located before the seating and counter area. While placing my order, multiple people walked past me and ordered at the counter, so that was a little confusing. Those people were eating inside, though, so I thought maybe you need to use the tablet for take-out and order at the counter for eating in. To be honest, I'm still not sure. I assume if a person approaches the counter the employee should do more than just say hello and keep working, especially when I had to say it first, so that was a bit off-putting. I had perused their menu before my trip and wanted to try the breakfast pizza but when I saw it in person it looked old and dry so I decided to try the rice crispy treat instead. Well, it was so hard I had to microwave it when I got home just to be able to eat it. While it didn't taste stale, I don't think you should serve a rock hard rice crispy to someone and ask $4.50 to boot. All that said, the iced latte I ordered was exceptionally good, so I kept that in mind for the future. A few days ago I went back and ordered the same exact latte (via their app this time), just in a larger size. It tasted nothing like the one in January. Not only that, but after taking a sip and inquiring about getting some packets of sugar, I was told there were some around the corner from the counter. All I saw was fake sugar in packets and Sugar In The Raw in an open container with a spoon. Maybe I missed where the regular sugar was, I don't know. The whole area felt really disorganized and dirty which was a turn-off. For what they charge I expect fresher food and a consistent drink experience. I want to support small businesses but this place makes that hard. I won't be back.
