Always a sweet time when coming here. The staff is friendly. The food is delicious and the drinks are always exactly what you need. A perfect coffee date spot or a quick morning place to catch up!

My go-to in Glen Ellyn. Love, love, love it here! I never want to leave! The biscuits, the eggs, the coffee... everything tastes so clean and homemade. Service is stellar! TAKE MY MONEY!

Blueberry muffins and chicken salad to go!

There is much to like about Blackberry Market, not just the quality of their food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is great for conversations or working on your computer.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There is no rush to get you out, but the tables open up regularly, so even on a busy Saturday morning, we had a table without waiting. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Now, with the nice weather, there is also great outdoor seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Blueberry muffins, coffee, sandwiches, chicken salad, cookies, and cinnamon rolls are just a small part of the menu. So far, I have not had a bad selection. Try new things every time you go in, and you will not be disappointed. Eat in, take food to go, order special meals when they are available, and make this your first thought when you need something special. Treat yourself today.

I've heard about Blackberry Market in Glen Ellyn so many times, and I'm glad I finally got the chance to stop by it absolutely lived up to the hype. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a great crowd and a really positive, upbeat vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff was incredibly friendly, energetic, and genuinely happy to help, which made the experience even better. The food selection is diverse and impressive, especially for how affordable everything is. Exceptional quality at a very fair price. I ordered the roast beef panini, Italian wedding soup, a quad-shot cortado, and a brownie all for under $30 and every single item was delicious. The panini was packed with flavor, the soup was comforting and fresh, the cortado was perfectly balanced, and the brownie was the ideal sweet finish. I really wish I lived closer because this would easily be a regular stop for me. Can't wait to come back the next time I'm in the area!

We were in Downtown Glen Ellyn and we stopped in BlackBerry Market, a fast-casual cafe and bakery. I was happy that they were serving both breakfast and lunch, so our little group had plenty to choose from. Two of us got a trio mix of salads -- very good tuna salad and my friend loved the pasta salad. Another one of us got a caprese sandwich and another got a breakfast sandwich. You order at the counter and the food is brought out to you. Friendly staff. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lots of seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Blackberry Market is probably my favorite casual spot in Glen Ellyn. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's always very busy but with how good it is, you understand why.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff is always kind and helpful. My favorite sandwich is the caprese panini, add bacon. They also have good grab and go items and all of their pastries are so yummy. Special shoutout to the cinnamon roll. I also usually get their tea lemonade drink and it's very good without being too sweet. If you're ordering to go, I would save some time and order online. [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you're dining in, there's a nice patio when the weather is nice and a good amount of tables inside as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I go here most weekends and it never lets me down.

I loved my experience at Blackberry Market. I initially planed to have breakfast here, but I ended up being in the area for lunch. This market/cafe had pre-made food items and baked goods for sale as well as made to order food. The inside was clean and fresh with seating available inside or outside in the front and back. We were given a number to place on our table after we ordered. I had a caprese panini and a chocolate chip cookie. I sat outside in the back where it was warm, sunny, and peaceful. The food was brought in less than 10 min. My sandwich was delicious. It was so flavorful and all the ingredients tasted fresh with that healthy farm to table feel. Uug, I could eat one of these every day. The chocolate chip cookie was really darn good. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great cc cookie. It was soft, slightly crisp on the outside, and moist n' chewy in the inside. I wanted to take a dozen home but I knew I wouldn't be able to escape the guilt. I was told the blackberry salad was just as good. My experience here was delightful. The menu offerings were fresh and healthy. There was a reduced section for day old treats a. I would love to come back and treat myself to a variety of their baked goodies to see if they are all as good as the cc cookie was.

Cute little spot located in the downtown area. They have non dairy options which is a plus and plenty of seating both inside and out. Got the avocado toast, the pickled onions and dressing was an interesting touch. I wasn't a big fan but it was still good. I wish more of their food items were vegan, they were vegetarian though. They do have a few vegan bakery items! Although there was a line when we stopped by, the two cashiers were quick to get people through the one.

Super cute cafe located downtown. They offer coffee, food and pastries. I ordered the avocado toast & egg and it was delicious. Their cinnamon roll is so good! My latte was great. They also offer vegan options. You can sit inside or outside. Service was good however a like can form pretty quick.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]As you walk in, you can't help but smile. It feels as if you entered into an indoor farmers market. I absolutely love it! Cute decorations everywhere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Everything is clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Everyone is happy and helpful. There's huge selections of coffees, sandwiches, sides, sweets, treats, and more! I always get the fresh fruit, Tavern Ham panini, Blackberry salad, and an iced latte. But, everything is absolutely incredible! You can't go wrong with whatever you choose to get. Iced latte-This drink is nutty, creamy, and sweet. It's pure perfection! It has notes of apricot, caramel, golden raisin, gram crack, toasted cocoa, toasted coconut, and vanilla. Pure heaven! The toasty bitter notes are a little muted when you get it iced. So, that's why I like it this way. Cinnamon Roll- This tasty treat is fluffy, sticky, and sweet. It has notes of vanilla, cinnamon, butter, and sugary goodness. Tavern Ham Panini- This panini is served on fluffy crusty bread. With caramelized onions. Gooey Swiss cheese. Zesty mustard. And, Smokey sweet ham. I can't recommend this delicious dish enough. Blackberry Salad- This salad is tangy, sweet, and delicious! It had a crumble of goat cheese, fresh blackberries, and a tasty vinaigrette. With fresh greens. I savor every last bite! Fresh fruit-I can't recommend this enough. They change it up based on what's in season. So, sometimes you get strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, pineapple, mixed melons, and grapes. Other times, you get oranges mixed in. Every once in awhile you'll get pears. But, it's always fresh and full! So, don't miss out on this treat.

Blueberry Basil Sparkler, Lemonade, and Iced Vanilla Latte
    Hannah F.

A super cute coffee shop with lots of food options, take and bake options, fresh pastries and more! We stopped in here a couple time while visiting family that live in the area. It is within walking distance to the train station and a lot of shopping options. I tried the Blueberry Basil Sparkler which was a refreshing combination of sparkling water and their homemade blueberry basil syrup. The second time we went I got an iced lavender honey latte which was one of the best lavender lattes I've had. I didn't have the chance to try any of their pastries which I regret. I will absolutely be back the next time I am in town!

Raspberry Lemon Gluten-Free Muffin -- yum! This other half will be gone in a flash.
    Mom P.

I'm so happy to have a local establishment that offers gluten-free items. The GF muffins are delicious, especially the raspberry lemon and chocolate chip. I appreciate that they are packed separately and come in a muffin cup that's a different color from regular muffins. For lunch there are a number of salads and sides that are clearly marked in the case as GF, Vegan, etc. The chicken salad is a favorite and the variety of salads is commendable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Dine-in atmosphere is great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My only disappointment is the inconsistent quality of the chicken salad. Today, I ordered for takeout and was disappointed to find the chicken salad to be swimming in mayonnaise, giving it the consistency of mushy baby food. Maybe the pre-made containers packed for take-out orders are from the day before, or perhaps prep cooks need a refresher. Sometimes it's absolutely the best chicken salad on the planet, and other times it's a huge disappointment. I never know which I'm going to get. This isn't an issue with the non-mayo-containing sides.

The breakfast sandwich was amazing, and the coffee had the perfect bold flavor. The baked goods always taste fresh out of the oven.

When I approached the counter no one acknowledged me so I said hi and an employee said hello back but didn't offer to take my order, so I assumed I needed to order at the tablet which is located before the seating and counter area. While placing my order, multiple people walked past me and ordered at the counter, so that was a little confusing. Those people were eating inside, though, so I thought maybe you need to use the tablet for take-out and order at the counter for eating in. To be honest, I'm still not sure. I assume if a person approaches the counter the employee should do more than just say hello and keep working, especially when I had to say it first, so that was a bit off-putting. I had perused their menu before my trip and wanted to try the breakfast pizza but when I saw it in person it looked old and dry so I decided to try the rice crispy treat instead. Well, it was so hard I had to microwave it when I got home just to be able to eat it. While it didn't taste stale, I don't think you should serve a rock hard rice crispy to someone and ask $4.50 to boot. All that said, the iced latte I ordered was exceptionally good, so I kept that in mind for the future. A few days ago I went back and ordered the same exact latte (via their app this time), just in a larger size. It tasted nothing like the one in January. Not only that, but after taking a sip and inquiring about getting some packets of sugar, I was told there were some around the corner from the counter. All I saw was fake sugar in packets and Sugar In The Raw in an open container with a spoon. Maybe I missed where the regular sugar was, I don't know. The whole area felt really disorganized and dirty which was a turn-off. For what they charge I expect fresher food and a consistent drink experience. I want to support small businesses but this place makes that hard. I won't be back.

The building looks like it was converted from a church, and the back seating area has some high stained glass windows. In the middle of the cafe is a narrow hallway/corridor where the supply closet and the single stall bathroom is, so it segments the cafe into two areas, connected by this hallway in the center. The design feels very clearly like a remnant of an old historic building, and a brick alleyway runs along one side. In the space/room where you order (walking through the seating area and through the hallway), it opens up with huge windows and a huge industrial coffee grinder on full display. There's another counter to order, with a few pastry options, and along another side wall, a rack of F&H clothes for purchase and the drink menus. (The aesthetic reminded me of Blue Bottle.) I ordered an iced Whiskey Vanilla Latte with oak milk and it was good! I couldn't taste any whiskey at all, and when I ordered the barista had mentioned this (cooked off so you wouldn't taste it) so it was a decent vanilla latte. I'll give them props for a really cool unique flavor. We all grabbed our drinks and headed (back through the hallway) into the other room with the seating area. There is a small section with a couch, otherwise lots of tables and chairs and I was glad it wasn't too crowded so we were able to grab a table. This was a great spot to grab coffee and meet up with friends. It's in a neat little downtown area in Wheaton, and they offer creative coffee drinks, with beans and merch to purchase.
