The lady's there are very rude and have a bad attitude. Then they try to over charge you for the bread and try to charge you a fee for using your bank card. They need to put a sign stating they charge to use your bank card. They also need to be friendlier and communicate with the customers. read more

Worst experience ever I had! order a cake for my sons 1st communion order time was 12:30 pm wasn't ready until 1:00pm. I ask to speak to a supervisor it took them 20 minutes for a so call supervisor to arrive. After many excuses I finally got my fondant cake it was unpleasantly made (disgusting!!!). I have never experienced Such bad customer service. the women that work there had bad attitude!! On top of it all she used profanity towards other costumers. The bolillos are warm and super yummy. They don't get hard and dry even after 2 days. We loaded up on cinnamon rolls, conchas, galletas. Everything is fresh and delicious. read more

They say you are what you eat and if that is true, then I'm a Mexican pan dulce. The place has good cakes, good pastries, and excellent bolillos. They have a fast crew so don't be discouraged by the line. Some SG residents are douchebags and will honk at you when you pull in and pull out of the parking lot. They will also entrap your modest four door vehicle with their enormous SUV's, but don't get mad. All of them are still living with their parents and don't pay any rent. read more

Really bad service with 2 of the ladies working there i bought a $30 cake and the lady offer it to paint since it was all plain white n i wanted a pink one for my love ones birthday so i was like ok so the cake was supposed to be pink but she ended up doing it red n she told me i messed up on the color i was like its ok not a big deal but when she brought the cake to front desk were i paid for it...it looked like shit honestly excuse my language but it had bigg drops of paint all over the cake didnt feel like eating it nomore soi told her about the issue n she was like itll take off i was like in howlong she said 20-30 minutes n i was like ok if it doesnt take off can i bring it to u guys...n she was like no u cant n i was like ok can u change it alteast n she was like no i can give u ur money back n i was like but i just want another cake dont care if its plain white n she had an attitude like if it was me who messed up but honestly i ended up getting my money back i always used to buy my cakes from here but after this bad experience i wont be buying anything from here nomore.....check before you guys pay....... read more

They have a variety selection of pan dulce, cakes, flan, gelatina and custom cakes. The prices are very reasonable. Expect long lines, though they go very fast. The women are pretty fast paced. I would give them a 5 star review. The only reason why I am giving them a 4 star, is because they took around 10 min to give me my debit card back once they charged me. Apparently they couldn't charge me due to them having some problems with there machine. Some advice they should get better machines. Other then that their bread is very good. They have the best Conchas in L. A. and their bolillos are excellent. However, any other bread does not meet average standard. I ordered a creme filled empanada and it was the worst I've ever had. The bread portion was thick and soft, instead of thin and crisp. When I finished it, my mouth was bitter and coarse, due to excessive amounts of baking powder. read more

I ordered two small cakes for my twins birthday a tres leches and a caramel cake . I had tried many places but no was able to accommodate my need with a caramel cake.. so I decided to put in my Order... but was do disappointed with the outcome... my tire leches cake was super dry I had never in my life had a tres leches cake as the one kiln Elizeth bakery has to offer and my caramel cake also super dry and no caramel flavor what do ever... if you want your children special day to remain special... do not order your cakes from Elizabeth bakery the quality and flavor is very poor.. do not order the cakes from there.. supermarkets cakes are so much better I really hope consumers really take this review in consideration... I write this because I don't want people to spend so much money on cake and have your cake end yup in the trash because that is exactly where my cakes ended up... none of my guests ate the cake.. so literally in this case I throw my money in the trash read more

The three stars are for the bolillo alone. They were really soft, but not doughy. They had a really good flavor and were really a step up from the standard grocery store bolillos. The negative about this place is that it's really pricey. I had my eye on a cheesecake flan and it was $5! I apologize I don't have a picture of it but I assure you, my left boob was bigger than that little thing. Also this place was packed, and I didn't get it. For the price and waiting in line I might as well should've gone to Portos. I'd go back for the bolillo (which are 3 for a dollar) but that's about it. read more

This place has a good variety of things. The pan dulce is okay, nothing special. The bollio was very good and it had just gotten out of the oven. Customer service needs some work. The young girl that helped us was not very enthusiastic and just made you feel uncomfortable. A smile and good attitude goes a long way! I'll definitely return for the bollio! read more

I went here today with my mom and we have both heard so much hype about this bakery we thought we were going to be disappointed. Boy were we wrong! The bolillos are simply the best. Ever. They're fluffy and big and soft and amazing. We tried some of the pan dulce as well. The conchas are bomb, the donuts are bomb, the little breads filled with cajeta are BOMB!
