I walked in looking for just one or two cupcakes because I was on my way to pick up my son from school for his birthday. My heart honestly dropped when I realized they didn't have cupcakes available because I thought, "Oh no, now I have to make another stop." The gentleman helping me was SO kind. When I told him I only needed one for my birthday boy, he said, "Let me check what I have in the back." A few minutes later, he came out with the cutest little cupcake, beautifully decorated and boxed up with a sparkly Happy Birthday topper. He absolutely did not have to go out of his way to do that, but that small act of kindness completely made my day and is going to make my little boy feel so special when I pick him up from school. They told me to come on a certain day for the cake and they never made my order. They never apologized. I forgave them and try to give them one more shot but they blew it. For 15 years on and off, I come here for their cakes and their pan but now they lost a family. We will never support you guys again.
