She rolls her eyes sucks her teeth if I even come up to the desk to ask for a cushion. I lost my wallet over the weekend and my phone broke Friday. So I made a new account. She came to me a said I owed 218.00 when I asked to see the screen she refused to show me. The threw me out the gym and said racist comments She needs to be terminated this is disgusting treatment and completely inappropriate to treat members. I am nice to all gym staff a some I personally know. I will be pursuing a lawyer for discrimination she does not know my name or even my last name. She picked on me out of pure spite. I will be going to corporate a district about this! Update went in today on Sunday to work out. She was still working there and I will no longer go in to check in when she is there. I guess this establishment allows racism and rudeness towards clients. If she is not terminated I will be filing a lawsuit against planet fitness for discrimination.

He has done a fantastic job in keeping me entertained during my workouts and mixing up the routines so that I am never doing the same things twice & am challenging my body every time. In addition, he is a licensed occupational therapist which makes it an even better experience as he makes sure that your body is not getting strained nor overworked before, during, nor after your sessions. The prices are reasonable & more than doable for someone who is serious about embarking on & maintaining their fitness journey. Locker / Upkeep - Members - Etiquette - pretty good Members / Locker room behavior is okay - You always have some just walking around nude for too long. Gym equipment availability - Barbell's and dumbbells are left all over the gym like if children are at play. Good luck finding the weights that you are looking for. Overall: I decided to go to the other gym down the road at half the monthly cost. Too many don't understand gym etiquette (leave stuff all around/don't re-rack, hog (3) machines/stations at once (happens daily, while they play on the phone for an hour). I was confused at the fact that she laid her hands on me. I understand they might've saw the situation differently but she had no right to grab me like that and after I told management she put her hands on me she denied it. Staff was rude and unprofessional aside from the guy who scanned my ID he is always kind to me and my friends. Management didn't do anything to correct her or try to stop her from the continuous insults that she kept yelling at me. I am a non confrontational person so having someone grab you, yell at you and continue to throw insults at you while sticking up their middle finger an EMPLOYEE at that is scary. Not once did I raise my voice at her or any of the staff as I tried to explain the situation, nor did I insult anyone. I even asked management to pull up the footage from the cameras but he refused to stating he had "already spoke to her" (as she continued to interrupt the conversation between the manager and I). For someone who pays monthly to be able to work out at a gym in peace, you would think that the company would have a standard for the type of behavior they expect from their employees. An employee should never lay a finger on a paying customer, especially one who didn't even raise their voice at her and reacting like that over a billboard accidentally being knocked over and picked back up is concerning. Came up mid set of mine and only placed a ball down and told me I can't be using the area. What irks me is that there were two people also there using the cable machine. And I've seen other people using it. There was a 30-1hr gap between his clients in which no other trainer was using the area. I was already using it for a while completing 4 sets prior too. I don't mind moving if you have a client but just gotta lmk since I don't see any schedules posted. Otherwise a good gym with good equipment

I like the new gym!…read more So I came here because my gym in Clark closed unfortunately and I decided to see what the new gym in Springfield was looking like. The setup is pretty much the same type of set up as every other gym- the only difference is that the main floor is upstairs while the studio floor and swimming pool is located on the lower floor when you walk in along with the locker rooms. When I got upstairs, there was all types of equipment some new- others the same. The gym itself wasn't a lot of people since I came somewhat late. However, the basketball court was pretty live. The cardio machines are facing the windows so it's a pretty nice touch to look out the windows during the day while you are getting your workout on. There is plenty of parking outside- which is great because this gym seem like it could get pretty packed. The only "issue" is that this gym is located on Route 22 which could be a gift and a curse depending on the time of day you go and traffic. Overall, beautiful gym, friendly staff- I would come back!
