Kathy has many years of experience as a therapist and it is evident! She has strong hands! Some people like that, others prefer a lighter touch. I appreciated it almost always except in a couple tender spots. She will take into account what you like and need! She gave me a full body massage from my toes to my ears, yes, those all got attention. Have to say I REALLY liked the fingers and toes being "manipulated", feels good!!! Everyone has different preferences when it comes to their massage treatment, but for me, Alyssia at Body Phyx has been one of the best massage therapists I've ever been to. I've been getting massages from Alyssia for about six months now, and I've been consistently impressed with the level of service I've received. I prefer deep massages (I'm a big guy with typically tight muscles) and she does a great job working out all of my trouble areas. I was particularly impressed when I initially visited her and explained my lower back pain situation that she didn't just work on my lower back but also focused a lot on my hamstrings, which apparently have a big impact on lower back function (amazingly, none of my previous dozen or so massage therapists ever connected those issues and focused on the hamstrings like Alyssia did). Alyssia's studio is also very comfortable and relaxing, and she is a very kind and friendly person who operates her business with professionalism. I highly recommend giving BodyPhyx a visit.

I visited their website, reviewed all their services and read their reviews. I was eager to get relief from a job-related injury. However, I quickly discovered they are no longer willing to help. They advertise on their website that they assist with bodily and work-related injuries, but they have stopped doing so because they don't get paid the way they want when dealing with L and I. I was told this directly by a team member when I called. It's unacceptable that the medical field prioritizes profit over patient care. I injured myself on the job through no fault of my own, yet I am being denied proper treatment. This is selfish and unjust. If you want to retain customers, update your website immediately so people in genuine need are not misled or left suffering.
