When you walk in there's a small lobby and you have the option to either have your massage in a private room for an extra fee or out in the general area with possibly up to five other guests. The layout is six massage beds, three rows - with two side by side. My husband and I decided to go in the general area, which at first may seem off putting or uncomfortable but really wasn't because everyone is focused on their own peace/quiet/relaxation. You have a towel over your eyes for added privacy/relaxation and the soft music in the background makes it feel like you are in your own world. My masseuse was Ana (for the majority of it) and she was great... applied the perfect amount of pressure and focused on my problem areas in my feet. The Second Lady was good, a little softer with her technique, but moving forward I'd request Ana. My husband and I decided on the hour long foot massage, which also included a full body massage. The employee spent more time focusing on my feet, as I requested but my husband enjoyed the more in depth massage he received.
