We were only about 5 miles from Hoosier Harley Davidson. I went in to service to ask if they could look at it. THey had me bring it right in. Confirmed leak and put their best tech on it. It was almost 1 pm and they closed at 4. Bike was finished at 3:40 with both gaskets replaced and we were back on our way to Sturgis. They were quick, friendly and made my day. I can't say enough about how great theses people were. Hoosier Harley is a great place.

They had a very limited selection of sizes in the shirts I wanted -- most options were only available in 2X and above. When I asked the associate if they had more inventory, she mentioned they were getting ready to swap everything out for the holidays. I understand seasonal changes, but as a destination for riders and collectors who travel specifically to buy shirts, they really should keep all sizes well-stocked year-round. Not just one, but several shirts I wanted weren't available in the size I needed, so I left without purchasing anything. Also worth noting: this location is not part of the national Harley-Davidson points or rewards system. If you're planning to swing by just to pick up shirts, I recommend calling ahead to confirm they have the size you need. Friendly staff, but limited inventory. Hoping to see improvements in the future!

Took it into my repair shop and they called Good Sam with the claim and had to argue with them to even get them to pay a small percentage of the repair cost. I'm in the habit of buying extended warranties on my vehicles and have had two engines replaced in vehicles without a word of complaint from the companies. Not so with these people. I just called to cancel the policy and was told it will cost $50.00 to cancel because it's out of the renewal period. What a joke. If you need an extended warranty on you RV or Toyhauler I would never recommend these people.

I thought this was an oversight when i checked and no way to get my discount afterwards. Then this winter we decided to take our RV to Florida from Nova Scotia. We looked for Pilot and Flying J gas stops to get the discount. Again when we arrive in Florida i check my credit card statement and no discount. I call Sam's club and the excuse is we are human and computers are fed the information by humans and just a pile of BS. I ask for a refund of my membership but that is not possible so they offer to extend a useless membership card for a one year period. I get the same campground discount with my CAA or AAA card so if I'm not getting the gas discount this card is a complete scam and cash grab. For those who have this card you better check to make sure you check on your gas discount.
