There fire you guys had to go to Indiana Secretary of State and file for the title on the 2013 Silverado . I do have a valid Indiana title for this truck Right now .I was not made aware of the Hole in the truck Frame until it was brought in to a muffler repair shop to fix a broken exhaust. I even gave Randy $100 before the truck was sold to me for an oil change . It would have been nice to know the frame was broke I never would have bought it in the first place . It's now been in the repair shop for 26 days and will be there for another two weeks because the CARS Protection Plus warranty that they're so generous to give you when you buy the car is a joke. The warranty company has been a living nightmare to deal with and Main Street Motors has stopped responding to my calls and emails. I've filed multiple complaints against this scam of a dealership but unfortunately Indiana is an "as-is" state, meaning I can't hold Main Street accountable for any of this. I went to them because they had really good reviews so before you go there, pay attention to the bad reviews.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother, who is so beside herself with anguish over this…read moreexperience that she cannot muster the energy to even type out the savage nature of this "business." In November she purchased a used minivan from Johnson Street Motors. Within two days she was driving with two small grandchildren in the van and the ENTIRE back end came off of the vehicle and landed on the ground. It turns out that the suspension was rusted completely through and the slightest bit of movement caused it to break apart. My parents call the dealership, asking if they could help, even offering to pay some of the costs for parts to get it fixed. The dealership refused to assist, dodging call backs, and eventually just not answering at all. My parents fix the van on their own after it being completely unsafe and non drivable for several weeks. Two days after it's repaired my mom is on the road again driving like grandmas do when the brakes freeze up on her and then literally blow apart. Repeat my parents calling the dealership. Repeat them not helping. Repeat them fixing it AGAIN, on their own dime. Now they've fixed it twice, put a butt ton of money into it. My dad, who is decently ancient these days, spends hours lying on cardboard in the tundra like garage that has been frostbitten by the Indiana winter. He's covered in grease, crankier than old grandpas usually are (is that even possible?), and he's broke - because he's spending every last dime he has to fix this god forsaken van. Finally, fingers crossed, dad gets it on the road again so that my mom can restore her beloved grandma duties. She gets in, she breathes a sigh of relief that the van is finally driving, she turns on some old lady grandma radio station and she sets on down the road. BAM! What's that sound? Oh, it's just the timing belt tensioner and idler breaking and falling like construction debris under the engine and onto Country Road 6. Fast forward and the van is now sitting, broken in the driveway - you can hear it whimpering at night as it longs for the sticky hands of grandchildren to argue over who is on who's side in the third row...wishing someone was dropping Goldfish between its seats...a true act of van love. In the end my parents have owned this van for almost three months. Of those three months it has only been drivable for TWO DAYS. Look people, Elkhart is not known for being a high end, luxurious city. So when I take time out of my day to write about a terrible experience at a business...you can believe it must have been REALLY, REALLY, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Like, meth head in a WalMart at 2:00 a.m. on a Tuesday vacuuming the tile horrible. Side note: my dad is a trained mechanic. He's like 187 years old so he's been doing this for a long time. Johnson City Motors, intentionally, and with deceit, hides issues with their vehicles so that even experienced car aficionados can't see the issues during a quick on lot inspection. Don't go here. If you did go here, for God's sake write a freaking review so we can educate the community about this fart box of a dealership.

He told us that if we had any issues with the car he would get us in a new one. The title paperwork came late and according to my mechanic it had been altered. The car was bought at a salvage yard. He put on the paperwork that we only paid him $500. He charged us taxes and title fees that were not indicated anywhere in the paperwork. We only drove the car for two weeks.
