Please do not bring your kids here. We went here for two visits, we were told (by the hygienist,…read morethe dentist never even spoke to us at either appointment), that my son had a cavity that needed to be filled and would need two crowns on other teeth. I brought him to the appointment to get the two crowns placed and my son left not understanding the procedure, or how long his mouth would be numb, he is seven years old and really likes having things explained to him. I had explained this to the hygienist as I had to wait with my daughter in the waiting room. When he came out, they had placed three crowns! They hadn't talked to me about it, and the one they decided to add without speaking to me is visible. Not only is it visible, there are black numbers on the crown that you can see! I have never been talked to by the dentist and when I enquired as to why he had been given a crown they told me "We just decided to do a crown instead of a filling since we were already in there." Rather than a filling? My husband and I both feel completely horrified at how my son was treated. My son is also on Medicaid (he continues to receive it because of difficulties he had as an infant). When they told me I should take him to the orthodontist the secretary made sure to say multiple times that I would have to pay out of pocket at an orthodontist as Medicaid wouldn't cover it. We decided to drive to Boise and found an amazing dentist that takes Medicaid and treats our kids (and us) so much better. Please do not trust this office to be alone with your children. Drive them 35 minutes for a much better experience, especially if they are on Medicaid.

I was suffering unbearable pain from decades of severe teeth grinding. Long story short, on a Sunday evening I was online trying to find a dentist. I made an online appointment for next available (Wednesday). To my surprise the office called me Monday morning after reading my online notes. Such compassion. Within 20 minutes of the phone call I was being worked on. The office staff is caring, knowledgeable, gentle with treatment and explain procedures and cost upfront. The office is spotless! I have had the pleasure of both Dr Darren and Dr Andrea work on my teeth and Im moved to say they are the elite in all realms of dentistry. Every single person working in the office is elite to be honest. I know I said "LONG STORY SHORT" but I couldn't help myself. I wish I could give 10 stars! My husband and I have found our forever Dental office.

Went in as a new patient, didn't pay attention to the charge, was told later I had to ask for the "new patient special". Sign up for the monthly payment plan and they cancel your appointment - pushing you out three months and milking another hundred bucks. (They refunded me the difference on the "new patient special", so I can't help but think this was their way of clawing back the refund. Should never have gone back. It's fine; you win.) Just get a quote beforehand, pay when leaving, and forget about it till next time. Like I said, they seem competent. Just don't pay up front.
