She was just as warm, pleasant, and knowledgeable on the phone as she was in person. She knew the menu inside and out, and every single recommendation she made was a total hit. And the cherry on top? She was working on her birthday and genuinely seemed happy to be there--her joy was contagious. We came for Sunday brunch around 11:15, and it was perfect. There was plenty of room to relax and be comfortable, the DJ was great, and the ambience was exactly what we were hoping for. The best way I can describe it is an outdoor escape--very upscale Jimmy Buffett vibes--with a separate adjacent outdoor area for kids, which was such a thoughtful touch. That brings me to Jimmy, the bartender. He made me the most delicious Bubble Trouble with fresh grapefruit--absolutely phenomenal. Even though we were seated outdoors away from the bar, Jimmy made a point to personally connect with all the patrons outside. You don't often remember a bartender's name in a setup like that, but he made everyone feel seen, welcomed, and joy-filled. Val was equally wonderful. She brought out our food efficiently, was incredibly friendly, and consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed--all with a smile. And finally, the manager, Shane--friendly, attentive, and clearly supportive of his staff. You can feel the positive team energy here, and it truly elevates the entire experience. As soon as I spoke to Bernadette on the phone, I knew I struck gold. She helped put my nerves at ease and shared such great ideas and perspectives that made me more and more confident with each wedding decision I made - even though I was over 1,400 miles away. From day number one Bernadette, walked me through the planning process to help ensure I was on track with my planning. We touched based ever couple weeks by phone and multiple times a week via email. She answered all of my questions timely and ALWAYS had photos she sent to give me a visual. Bernadette knows Key West very well and her eye for design and her ability to interpret the light has made for the most breathtaking photos and décor. Bernadette is so friendly and thoughtful. So much care and attention to detail went into each and every moment of the night. Bernadette knew I was on a tight budget but still was able to give me such elegance and glam. Bernadette took the time to get to know me and what I needed and was easily able to adapt to ensure that I was comfortable and happy.
