It is very conveniently placed. the parking garage is very close to the actual Homestead station. As soon as you walk out of the parking garage you are maybe within less than 30 or 40 feet of the entrance doors to the movie theater and bowling area. It really is family friendly. It is a bit small and I think it would have been better and they would have gotten more business if it were bigger. The arcade took up space that maybe another bowling section could have been added to. The internet did make it seem bigger than it was and I had cleared up a bit of my time to visit but was in and out within a bit, since I was just exploring the area. Would like to visit again when I actually intend to visit. Movie ticket prices are great enough to compete with nearby Flagship.

They treat everyone lovingly and talk about movies with passion. The snack counter is small but so is the whole place so there is rarely a line and even when that does happen it's really short. They do get some new releases but this is not what you should come for; ask what they recommend; special movies with lower budgets and more cinematic talent is their thing here.

I waited in line until way past my movie's start time but fortunately I only missed the first 15 minutes of trailers for other movies. (Seriously! Why are there so many trailers and ads before the movie I've paid to see comes on?) The theatre is icy cold so it's a welcome relief from Key West's heat and humidity in August. But the air carries that faint mildewy aroma that closed up buildings in the tropics can get. Seats were comfy and staggered so you don't have to look at the back of anyone's head, so that's nice. But they don't recline like some more modern theatres' seats do. Parking is hit-or-miss. The theatre shares a lot with Publix (and several other stores) and it must have been free-food day because we ended up having to park a long long way from the theatre.

Passed by last Sunday to see White As Snow. We were a group of at least a dozen Francophiles, seeing as the leader of our Meetup group had spoken to the manager to get us to see this movie. The movie itself was a modern retelling of Snow White with some quirks. The movie was in French and I heavily recommend it. For those who don't speak French, don't worry as there are subtitles. Anyway, the movie theatre itself is small and intimate. I believe there is only one room where they show movies. The bathrooms are adjacent and were quite clean. They have a food stand up front, and on that day, Josh was manning it and running around after us. I'm not too sure how normal the set-up we had was as it seems the movie theatre was closed just for us, but I do have to say I was impressed. They gave us complimentary water and popcorn, and given my tardiness, I was even sought out personally in the dark to make sure I got my goodies. The customer service was superb and they really want to make sure their patrons feel welcome. This seems to be part of a trio of movie theatres that play unique movies in the area (the other two being Gateway Cinema and Savor Cinema). Have to say I'm pleased to have found this out. I just love movies!
