Small coffee shop in the Rice U area. Parking situation is bad; there's two parking spots up front and very sparse street parking option. The interior is very quaint, although it was fairly hot (maybe they were having an AC issue). Good spot to hang out or study. Their "Lizzie" tiramisu drink is very tasty!

Coffee was great ordered a tiramisu iced latte with an extra shot of expresso soo delicious. To eat I ordered bruschetta added avacado and prosciutto very fulfilling and fresh. The overall service was great the inside was so nice I went around lunch time and there were quite a bit of people having meetings. Also, there was cute outdoor seating.

Stopped in the new location off Sunset Blvd since why not check them out. I promise it's worth it. Cute little spot in the neighborhood. So easy to get In and out of from Kirby or Shepherd. They offer their great coffee choices. True Italian style in sizing. So don't expect something huge if you ask for a shot of something. Well worth the cost. My latte was the perfect milk to coffee ratio. Plenty of seating to hang out with friends while chatting. They also offer good now which I'll have to try the next time I visit. It smelt amazing. The staff is always so friendly. I was instantly complimented upon walking in which of course added an added pep to my step. according to my husband I am well caffeinated now from my amount of energy.

Ella is my new favorite coffee shop! The coffee "Lizzie Tiramisu" was so yummy and the Panini with prosciutto was so delicious for lunch. The vibes are super cozy and there's places to work with lots of extension cords. The baristas and I think the owner were so sweet! I'm very impressed and glad I came to work here for the day. Also cute puppies!!

We love Ella coffee! We have followed Laura everywhere since she was at the park. Great & friendly service. Great coffee & innovative ideas. All they need is to bring back the horchata latte ;).

Absolutely love this place, pet friendly on the patio. The two ladys taking orders love their job and it shows, rare these days. Coffee was so good and they even have seasonal drinks. Baked Items are yummy as well, def coming back.

Friendly local place! Great coffee. My overnight oats were chewy and yummy with fresh strawberries and blueberries. Lots of people walking over from the neighborhood and some open parking out front. Pastries look amazing - next time!

TLDR - This is a cute coffee trailer in Buffalo bayou park near the cistern with a super friendly owner. The horchata latte (they call it horchata espresso) is good. We've stopped by for coffee at Ella a couple times now and honestly it's always a pleasant time getting our coffee here. It's a trailer that parks near the cistern by the skate park. Honestly, I enjoy the service I get from the very friendly lady working behind the counter. Not sure if she is Ella, I'm too shy to ask, but she can make you feel happy even before you get your coffee. I've gotten the horchata espresso a couple times and it's pretty good. I think overall the drinks are good especially for slinging it out of a trailer in a park.

Very tasty. Same quality of Starbucks for the same price. Extremely convenient being right next to the bayou park bike rentals. There is outdoor seating and the near by park ambiance. Service was fast! The two employees in the truck were super friendly!

Decided to stop by and grab a coffee after a run and I'm very glad I did! The setup is really cute and they do a good job of efficiently displaying the drinks and pastries they have for the day. Additionally, the barista was very nice and helpful when I had a few questions about customizing my order. The coffee itself was delicious and just to my liking: not overly sweet and maintained a good balance of rich, coffee flavor that was complimented by and not diminished by the lavender add-in. Ella Coffee is the perfect way to end a run or walk or even if you just happen to be in the area and I would definitely recommend you check it out!

We pulled up to this food truck and, while placing our order, I instantly had the feeling that this crew knew exactly what they were doing. That impression proved to be spot on as soon as I took my first bite. The tacos were fresh, flavorful, and packed with the kind of simple, honest ingredients that make great breakfast tacos so satisfying. No gimmicks, no unnecessary fuss -- just well-executed food that delivers exactly what you're hoping for. The service was efficient, the operation ran smoothly, and it was easy to see why there was a steady stream of customers. Overall, an excellent breakfast taco stop and exactly the kind of local experience I look for when I'm in Houston. Saluti.

Luckily, this spot takes both card and cash! I got the small beef quesadilla, and it was loaded with cheese. The small quesadilla was $5.50, and it was pretty decently sized for a small. They have salsa set out at the counter, so you can pack as much as you like. The red salsa was smoky and SPICY. Very tasty if you like spice I see a lot of great reviews about this place. I would like to try their other tacos and give a more detailed review. I will be back! but for sure the quesadilla was a hit for me

I swear the Bulgogi Fries were screaming my name, though. Yoyo's Hotdog - Yoyo--YO. This thing slaps. I definitely craved a Coke or a beer while eating this because that salt kicks your taste buds' *ss. The caramelized onions paired with the crunchy onions were a double whammy that could topple a few hot dog title holders. The real winner, though, was the sauce--definitely something Asian-inspired. But hey, I'm running on five hours of sleep, and that's the best my smooth brain could come up with to describe the experience. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.

I got their famous hotdog with spicy mayo, french onion, sautéed onions, and hot sauce. (That's how it comes standard) don't get me wrong it's definitely a lot going on from the flavors and the messiness of the dog, but the flavors balance out very well and the all beef hot dog is delicious. There's no spice from the mayo or hot sauce so if you don't like spice you'll be fine. I also tried their bulgogi fries which came with bulgogi meat, jalepenos, cheese and cilantro. My first reaction was it was delicious but it wouldn't be something I would get again, but after I kept eating it I realized this is actually really good and now when I go back I'll definitely try it again. Overall I definitely recommend this place to visitors or even locals
