The most notable issue I found as we shopped aisle by aisle was the sporadic inconsistency in terms of inventory. There were several items that were either completely out of stock or low stock, but again, this being Easter weekend, those may have been items that were naturally going to be out of stock anyway. That being said, this is a medium sized Kroger with a bakery, deli small fresh meat and seafood counter, but a significantly sized, frozen section. All in all, I found The Customer Service to be good as we ended up, checking out a full cart of groceries in self check out to avoid the longer lines at the regular cashier. Because of the lack of space in self check out for more than 10 items, we had to consistently pull stuff off the rack and put it on the floor or back into the shopping cart which triggered the Customer Service light. Both young men working the section were fairly prompt in coming over and clearing up any issues we had which expedited our ability to get out of the store. Not necessarily my neighborhood store, but I would definitely give them a try again if I was in the area.

Unfortunately we got distracted by the Girl Scout cookies and accidentally left our bags in our cart. Philip tracked down what happened. Turns out our cart was found at the end of the night with our bags receipt all intact. Philip called us and let us know all the perishables would be replaced and we could get our order tomorrow. Savannah has a lack of late night snack food locations. I don't think this place necessarily stays open late, but it's nice if you want a little snack or a nice sweet treat because a lot of those places close relatively early. I started off by getting a fresh strawberry Aquafresca, my wife tried the Horchata latte and I had the crêpes with the strawberries and whipped cream. The customer service was really great. The woman upfront was really friendly and welcoming. The chef also came out and was really friendly. The drinks were really really good and the crêpes you can tell they were made fresh and literally made within a few minutes. This is super close to my house, I'll definitely be back to check out more items and spread the word. I am definitely interested in trying some of the other different snack options. Some of them included hot Cheetos on top of elote. Initially I felt like the prices were a little high, but once I tried it I understood why; due the quality ingredients and time to make each item.

Thanksgiving two years ago, it was the only place in Savannah that knew what a crown roast was and how to do one! That used to be standard knowledge in meat markets. Truth is, we no longer have meat markets. We have folks who unwrap frozen cuts, package them and put them out. We do have two chain markets that try but they just aren't the same.

He gave fantastic advice when I was deciding on flavors. One week I had to request an extra order and he completed my request without any issues.
