They wear gloves and line the foot baths with plastic which I love and is sanitary. They had an amazing variety of nail polishes. The deluxe pedicure was amazing. It was about 45 min and it didn't feel rushed at all at any point. She removed calluses that have been there for years and haven't been removed by other nail spa visits to other places. The leg scrub, massage, hot stones and steam were all amazing. The manicure was a great price and I got a pretty yellow. I smudged my nails before I left and Michelle was very sweet about it and fixed it for me. When I left I smudged the same nail again and the guy (whose name I didn't catch) was quick to help me. They didn't make me feel bad, so I was happy and thankful for that. The color is amazing and they look perfect. The shape, everything was just what I wanted. I called and a young man helped me set it up. When I expressed I wanted a gel pedicure, he shared it was an extra cost (which is typical), but I mention this because I appreciate the transparency. The salon itself was spotless. All furniture, supplies, you could tell as new and well taken care of. Many color options , both gel and regular polish. The new owner spoke with me while I was getting my pedicure. They specialize in artificial nail application, but no acrylics. The salon did not smell like chemicals and was not dusty - they have a new, powerful centralization system. My spa pedicure was excellent. The young woman took her time, and did excellent work. Then, the young man stepped in for an amazing 15 min foot/leg massage, included in the pedicure I chose. He then asked if i had time for a 10 minute shoulder massage - don't turn this down! They have free rewards program that will lead to savings for customers. Finally, they knew their customers by name and their returning customers seemed very comfortable. Takes away a lot of the worry about sticking your feet in an unclean tub. You don't sit in a traditional salon massage chair rather a comfortable bench with throw pillows. The sugar scrub they use on your legs smells incredible and my legs are SO smooth hours later. I really loved Alyssa. Conversation was SO natural. My brows also look incredible and the waxing/tweezing was minimally painful compared to other experiences. This place is truly a hole in the wall gem. The tech was scraping the hardened powder off of my skin to reference. They put the white top coat powder on followed by gel which was odd. This left a weird powdery haze look over the color I received. The tech lathered my cuticles in oil (did not put any lotion on) and said I was done. They then charged me about $65 not including tip and lectured me to bring cash next time instead of card. Overpriced especially for the service received. Would not recommend.
