I have had one manicure and one pedicure (2 separate visits). Both services were great. The nail techs were both very kind and made sure things were how I wanted before proceeding. I got a regular polish pedicure for a trip 2+ weeks ago and they still look great. I got gel on my fingers and none of them have started to peel off like they did when I went to my precious nail salon. And the best part is how great of a massage they give your legs / hands when you get a service. I felt so pampered and it was worth every penny!! My old place would slap a hot towel on me for legitimately 15 seconds but here I get to enjoy the experience. And friendly reminder to bring cash to tip with when you can. Always preferred over tip on the card for folks working in the service industry :)

Everyone was very sweet. Something to note though, theres currently only 3 people working; as they just re-opened. Walk-ins may be a little hard to do, so I suggest making an appointment like my mom and I did. While getting my nails done, there's a couple things I want to note so I made a list. - Before they were ready for us, they sat us down and asked if we wanted some water. I have never been asked if I wanted water. It was very sweet of them to ask while we were waiting. - I was nicked with the drill. She immediately asked if I was okay and apologized. I don't see this as a big deal but if this is something that is to you, just be aware. I was also shaking my leg so it may also just be on me. - While painting the stars on my nails, she really took the time to make them as good as she could. She restarted if she thought it didn't look right. I appreciate the effort and time she took to make sure my nails came out as good as she could make them. - I read about free shoulder massages in the reviews and I thought there was no way they did that, but while my hands were drying for the final time, she came around and did my shoulders. It was a solid one too, she really put effort into that aswell. - After my hands were dried, she put on oil and lotion and i also got a little hand massage too. Nice little surprise, definitely wasn't expecting a hand massage as well as a shoulder massage. I will note there were other people while my mom and I were there and the two ladies bounced between people, making sure everyone is getting tended to, they definitely work hard. If you like having the same person throughout the appointment, I would wait until they hire more people to go. I myself don't see this as a problem. I'll definitely be returning, my mom and I found our favorite nail place. Definitely would recommend.

What are the worst manicures I've ever received in my life even after the guy put the lotion on my hands I broke out in a rash... and just a quality of his nail work I could have actually done a better job cutting down my nails and filing them. They weren't even shaped they were just cut down and filed which my other place actually does a nice round shape to my natural nail. My pedicure was very rushed and my skin on my feet and legs felt actually more dry then when I walked in there. The one good thing was is a staff was very polite and very friendly I noticed the guy that did my nails do everybody that was walking in there which was a nice nothing to see but the quality of the work was just awful.
