My family and I enjoyed these snow cones and ice cream. Luckily we got there before the big rush…read morehit. They got busy quick! But they were very polite. No drive thru, just seating outdoors. Plenty of room for kids to play in an enclosed yard space. After trying a butter pecan waffle cone, a green apple snow cone, and a pink lady snow cone (stuffed with ice cream and topped with sweetened condensed milk), we're going to rate this stand a 4/5. They gave the waffle cone a ton of ice cream, but the snow cones were a little shy on the syrups.

My mother ordered the unicorn snowball, she was asked if she wanted a gummy or whip cream and she…read moresaid if it's not included than no. The girl at the counter charged her $0.75 each, even though the signs say $0.50 for extras (in very small words). The snowball was pictured with whip cream and the description states, "topped with whip cream and fairy dust." When we got our snowballs we informed the girl (she had blonde hair and a royal blue t-shirt) that their sign might be confusing to others, she rolled her eyes and made an expression that she clearly didn't care what we had to say and shut the window on us. We were going to let the overcharge go and go about our day until the girl at the window caught an attitude. We called the store and the owner inside answered the phone. She said, "Oh I'm sorry that happened to you, it sounds like a misunderstanding. We are really busy so that's probably not what she meant. That's why we ask if you want whip cream because it's not included." It seems that the owner doesn't care how her employees treat her customers.

Everybody always says Hansen's is the best, but I'm sorry... they just can't compete with Chance in Hell, no matter what anyone says. Handcrafted syrups, quality ingredients, and that ice... listen. If you're really from New Orleans, you KNOW the difference between a snoball and a snow cone. That ice is so fine, so soft, it literally melts in your mouth. You really be like, "What ICE?!" It's up there, for real. And the space? Baby... it's a whole experience. Perfectly curated to their brand. Very show-stopping, very show girl, all the drama in the best way. It's beautiful, it's fun, it's a vibe. It is more on the pricier side. With the quality of the Snoball. The difference is in the details. Honestly, they're one of the main reasons we surviving this heat. There really is a Chance in Hell lol.

A must try if you want good elevated snowballs.
