A rep from the location I was using called me to make sure I had what I needed to move stuff in less than an hour after I started the process but by then I already had access codes and locks and didn't need her at all. A very stress free process. Only 4 stars bc I had to get more than 1 unit bc the size units that were available were smaller than I needed.
