And people just seem to perform to their best ability when she is on shift. Now for the days that she's not there, it's hit or miss. I've had to wait for my beverage so people can finish their conversation about head injuries before finishing my drink. I hardly get greeted when she's not there. And they just seem to be a lot slower when she is not over there bringing life into the location. I've seen lines for the drive through literally wrap around the parking lot, with five or six people waiting inside for their mobile orders to be ready. When Amy is there, none of this happens. I ordered an iced mocha that was absolutely delicious - you can really taste the coffee through the chocolate instead of it being overly sweet, which I loved. The coconut macaroon I got on the side was phenomenal and paired perfectly with the drink. They're roasting beans less than 20 feet from where I was sitting, and even before we walked in, you could smell the coffee from the parking lot. It adds so much to the atmosphere knowing everything is that fresh. Service was top notch: super friendly, accurate with the order, and genuinely down to earth and inviting.
