I had a really uncomfortable experience here and unfortunately won't be returning. While the salon itself seemed clean and the service started off fine, things quickly took a turn when one of the nail techs began arguing with another customer. The situation escalated to the point where the nail tech was yelling and speaking very rudely and unprofessionally in front of everyone in the salon. It created a really tense and awkward environment. I was there with my 7-year-old daughter, and the way the employee was shouting actually scared her. No child should feel uncomfortable like that in what's supposed to be a relaxing place. I completely understand that misunderstandings can happen with customers, but the way it was handled was extremely unprofessional and should have been addressed more calmly. It really ruined the experience for us. I hope management takes situations like this seriously because customer service and professionalism matter just as much as the quality of the nails. read more

I've been coming here for a few years it's literally down the street from my house. I really come out of convenience and my pedicure who is done by Amy I think is her name. I love her she does amazing and is sweet. As for everyone else, they rush and are rude, treat you as an inconvenience and half ass the work. Pretty upset with my services. Been coming here for a couple of years now since it's close to my house. This is probably the last time I come here. I came in for a mani and pedi. While I was getting my pedi done, other customers came in. They were all seated right away and worked on, but this entire time no one had started on my mani yet. Literally 5 customers after me later and still my mani hasn't been done. (The other customers also got their mani/pedi done). I've been here for almost an hr while my pedi was done. After they seated and worked on everyone else, the person doing my pedi asked me about my mani but by now they're going to close soon and I'm already upset. There was no excuse to skip my mani when other customers who came in after me got the same thing done. This is the last time I'm coming. They did this last time I was here. So ridiculous. I have been here 3 times and out of the 3 times it was always something. First time was an okay experience Second time one of the older ladies was doing a fill on me and she kept insisting that I had GELX nails and I didn't. She kept saying yes I did, I said I know what I got before and it was acrylic. So she asked another worker and the worker said my nails were acrylic Third time my nails were uneven but better than they were. I went yesterday and had my nails done, a full set with black tips. I got the older lady again that was arguing with me the second time about me having gelx nails. She kept filing my skin, I have cuts in 4 different places on my hands. She did a horrible job, my left hand has long think nails and my right hand has really thin nails and she didn't clean underneath them. Waited 35 minutes to get a mani pedi which wasn't a bad wait for the weekend, however they filled the foot bath with cold water and walked away before I could ask for it to be a little warmer. When it came time for the manicure the lady was very rushed and didn't take her time at all. She pushed my cuticles back very quickly which hurt more than it should've, and did not bring the polish down to my cuticle. She didn't shape my nails, rather just cut them short. There are spots of polish missing as well as areas where she painted over my cuticle. read more

I do NOT recommend this nail salon at all. I wanted to try somewhere new and Ive been here twice once for a full set and once for a fill and both experiences were extremely disappointing. The first major issue was the poor retention of my nails. When I returned for a fill, I pointed this out to the nail technician, expecting her to properly fix the problem and blend the acrylic correctly. Instead, she rushed through it and simply slapped more acrylic on top without addressing the issue. There was no effort to make the nails look smooth or natural, and they ended up looking horrible. About a week and a half after getting my nails done, I noticed a dark spot forming under one of them. I immediately went to a different salon to have my nails removed, and I was told that I had mold. I have gotten my nails done many times over the years and have never once had mold until I came to this salon, which is extremely concerning and speaks to their cleanliness and sanitation practices. On top of that, I left the salon with acrylic all over my skin and very uneven French tips. The work was clearly rushed, sloppy, and lacked attention to detail. Nothing about the service felt professional. When I went back to the salon to request a refund due to the mold they caused, the staff was extremely rude, refused to give me the owner's contact information, after literally telling me that they were going to contact the owner and then proceeded to say that they didn't have the owners contact info and completely dismissed my concerns instead of taking responsibility or even showing basic customer care. Overall, this salon is dirty, rushes their work, and has terrible customer service. They prioritize getting clients out of the chair as fast as possible rather than doing quality, safe work. I strongly recommend paying extra to go somewhere cleaner, more professional, and more respectful of their clients. at the end of the day I was told to come in for them basically just to tell me they weren't going to do anything about it, DO NOT CHEAT ON YOUR NAIL TECHS (not to sound like a Karen but I definitely will be reaching out to the board of cosmetology) read more

I got my nails done once gel X and I really liked them. They lasted a long time. I can't remember who I went to, but I went back and she was not available. I came in asking for a acrylic removal and this lady was rushing it and she damaged my nails. She forcefully removed the acrylic nails using a nail tip.. I was not expecting it for her to remove how she removed it. She was rough and sped through the process.
