I did not have plan to visit this nail salon because it was around 30 mins before they close. And surprisingly they accepted me yet. I got charged the same price when one hand had my overlay acrylic nail removed which I don't think they charge fairly. Besides the outcome of the gel was not equal with their charge. I don't think I would return for 2 factors - they ripped me off and the work was not satisfactory.

So now they lie !? Saying that I had a long set of nails that had to be remove ??? That's crazy thanks for making it worse and people can see how bad of service is this place. Show me a proof and willl see. I never get my nails remove here . Why ? Because yall just rip of the nails with no care at alll and still charge $10 so no I DID NOT GOT MY NAILS REMOVED AT YOUR SALON. Do better

This place always shows a great deal of patience with my grandmother and I. We always have fun and have a party when we show up. The nails that I got were a design that I specifically requested. And they reached my expectations and more! Every time I show up they're playing music which Always makes me happy. Every time we show up, it feels like we're with family and we always have a great time

How my nails were left. I wanted yellow nail polish and I got orange and the polish was just slapped on.

Parking is easily available I walked in today and was easily helped out. Location was super clean and everyone was friendly. It is cash only. However there's ATMs near by. I had come in for a pedicure and the polish had gotten smudged. I came on Yelp and the owner respectfully reached out to me and asked for me to come in later that day to get it fixed. They were really professional about it and didn't charge to fix the one nail. So thank you.

Last remaining burn, nearly 2 months later, still a ways to go! Multiple layers involved (2nd degree)

I went on a Saturday, November 11, right at open for a dip manicure. They had lots of dip options, but no swatches, they said to pick a color from the wall which was behind all the work stations. My dip was chiping within 2 days. My biggest issue was that I suffered chemical burns while there. When I sat in the chair, I felt a couple of drops of wet on my bum but didn't think too much of it. As my service went on, I was increasingly uncomfortable and felt like I was sitting on a hot poker. When I left, I went to the bathroom to see if there was something poking my bum, and that's when I saw multiple burn spots. I called them to let them know that I was burned by something that was on their chair so they could clean it so this didn't happen to anyone else. I was in so much pain. My sister called them to tell them what happened and asked what chemicals they used so that we could call Poison Control for instructions, based off the appearanceof the burns, I was concerned that I had multiple deep tissue injuries. They refused to help and said they "are just a nail salon, we don't use any chemicals." I wasn't looking to get them in trouble, just be able to give PC info so I could get help. I didn't even think this was an intentional thing, I think they were refilling their containers, and some splashed onto the chair where I ultimately sat. The salon even tried to say I was never there! Here I am 2 months later, still with healing wounds on my bum bc of how severe and deep the burns were. I have pics of the wounds from immediately after until current.

This my 2nd time coming back to Wonderful Nails. 1st visit- found them via IG . everything went awesome .My callus was removed and I was pleased with the service. This is my 2nd visit today .... Well it did not go as planned..... I went in today got my nails & pedicure done because I got a big important event happening tomorrow and plus I was looking forward to pamper myself. Let's start off with my pedicure: I got the jelly pedicure it was nice different what I normally get 10/10 French tip 10/10 But here's where it went down hill. I got nip on all my 10 toes lawd I don't know how that happened but it did. I am still in pain as we speak. I got dried blood on my toes ( see pic) 1/10 I pay for callus remover 3/10 I still got callus on both of my foot and heel This was the main reason I came because to remove it . My previous experience was nothing like this?! I don't know what happen and it was with the same nail tech too. Moving on, my nails I did a gel x the lay out 10/10 Color 10/10 Design 1/10 And she nip me once again on all 10 of my fingers! Like wtf?! I am not pleased at all. I ask for this art design and even show the pic but instead I have preschooler art work done. Seriously?!!!! I could have ask my toddler to draw my nails if that was the case. ( see pic) What is crazy I drop 146$ not including tip and I call and ask if they could fix the art work or something They say yea and if I wanted french tip it's going to be extra 25$?! Are you serious? I drop 146$ not even a few minutes ago. I am sorry but this is definitely my last trip to this shop it's not wonderful nails your shop name is misleading and so does your IG! All the pictures you posted up on IG looks very amazing but WTH is this? And I got a big event tomorrow!

First time coming here. I was a bit scared since I'm super picky with my nails. My nail girl was booked and had nothing until next year I feel so guilty nail cheating on her, but I have finally found a place I can come when my regular girl is busy. Denise was super friendly made conversation while doing my nails. I went in for just a fill on my natural nails (acrylic overlay) and left super happy and my hubby got a manicure. I follow them on IG but never came I don't why I took so long can't wait to go in and try their jelly pedicure.

I had a fabulous experience! Nikki did a remarkable job on my nails, and Tammy recommended the jelly pedicure, and that is to die for! Nikki gave me exactly what I wanted for my full set!!! if I could give them 10 stars, I would!!!

I came here for a nail set on August 9 and they have a policy where if the nails get damaged within the 10 days you can come back to get them fixed with no charge. I've never had an issue with their nails breaking until this time but I'm glad they took care of me & were understanding. Place is nice and clean the service is great & the workers do exactly what you like

crystal is her name the worst pedicure ever she sand my nails with a dremel tool and shave all the enamel off my nails, and left them paper thin with dips and ditches. i also ask her to leave the length and she sand them down to bare nothing. she did not listen to one thing i asked her for. i told her i had gel pedicure, and she did not put the solution on my nails to dissolve and remove polish and instead she sanded my nails thickness down. the torture i went through with her cutting the side of my toenails it' was so painful that it continues to hurt every day, which is very unfair. it was the worst pedicure i have ever had in my life. honestly, i wouldn't call it a pedicure. i really don't know why she tortured me like this. do not use crystal!!!! read more

If you're looking for a new nail tech, Katie is the one to book your appointment with. I've been coming to Wonderful Nails for years but I never had my nail lady until Katie joined their team. She is absolutely the best here at Wonderful Nails. She has the softest and gentle hands. She doesn't leave your nail beds in pain, and that for me was one of the greatest qualities in a nail tech. I love simplicity and I always get my ombré nails in the shape coffin. Katie doesn't disappoint with her quality of work and time that she puts in her work. Check out the photos below. If you're looking for someone to do your pedicure. I got you. My toes were recently done by Denise, but I also see Tina and Crystal. This has been my nail place ever since I started getting manis and pedis (years ago) and I don't see myself ever leaving them. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I have my go to girls but I've also been helped by others on occasions that my girls are not available and I've always loved their work. Everyone is super professional and up to date on the trends. The salon is super cute as well. I love this place! read more

Typically I don't write bad reviews but I think it's important for new clients to have price transparency. I went there a few weeks ago and called ahead asking what the cost of my service would be, I got there and was helped and all the way up until the girl put the nails on already she told me it would be a different price, then had an attitude. It was expensive for a basic French tip and it seemed like they were making up their own prices. I came to relax and get a service and not given the runaround or be scammed. I won't be back again unfortunately. read more

Yesterday I went in for a prom nail set and I am absolutely in love! Although I was very demanding as to how I want my nails, my nail tech Lon did a great job. Before going in for my appointment I had read all the bad reviews regarding the high prices and disrespectful staff but quite honestly, I had no issues with either of those things. In comparison to other places, yes this is on the high end, price wise, but my nail tech gave me an estimate and made sure to break down the prices for everything. read more

I was someone who went around looking for a nail spot to go to consistently, that meant I was hopping around everywhere, once I landed on wonderful nails in 2020 I have not gone anywhere else since! 0 stars if I could. I was belittled, insulted and recorded .I just got my nails done and payed them for their services. They hovered around me until they did (which is disappointing since I am a returning customer) I showed the lady in the front the confirmation from my bank and even showed her my personal banking information and she wanted me to send it again bc "they didn't receive it" . I refused because then that meant I would have payed over $300 in services and how would I get my other payment back if they claimed to have never received it the first time? I left in tears while being humiliated in front of other clients. I even went as far as filing my own police report to prove I'm not a thief. read more

I came here because my nail tech was out of state and I really needed my nails done. They did a cute job but it's not what I wanted. I showed my inspo picture and I specified I wanted square shape and they kept filing the sides and I ended up with coffin. I told them and they just finished the set like wtv. read more

Beware! After having my nails done here I got fungus, multiple trips with the dr. This place doesn't care about your health and safety. They don't sanitize there tools properly. They re-use there tools especially on a busy day!! Beware! Don't be afraid to ask for clean tools. I reported this place and I got a letter that they were given a citation. Very busy spot! I waited a bit for my turn once I sat down Nikki did my nails. And they came out so good!! She was very professional and so nice. Everyone is so talented I definitely recommend coming here!! It is cash only but there is an atm next door. I made a drawing of what I wanted and she brought my drawing to life!!! Ive been going to this nail salon for more than 1 year straight. Fill after fill, full set after full set. To be honest, I cant live with out them. Denise is my go to girl. There is no design or style she cannot do! She is my favorite nail tech ever! She never lets me down. I get nothing but compliments about my nails everywhere I go! Not only do my nails look amazing at all times, but the products they use are top notch quality. My nails are usually pretty long, and I work and type all day long, they never break or lift, and I get my fills every 3 weeks! Their prices are better than a lot of other places that do nail designs. I highly recommend this nail shop. Vicky is the owner, and she is also always very nice and polite with me and other customers as well. The entire staff calls me by my first name, so its very welcoming and friendly vibes! :) read more

I had stuff to take care of out of town and had bad luck with traffic due to coming from LA. I communicated to the staff by text message about my ETA to assure I can still be seen. Was told they charge $5 fee for being late but then they said $15 then $10. So I asked if I could just reschedule to not burden their schedule. (My appointment was at 5pm which is the latest with no one after me). I was informed I had to do it 48 hours in advance and would lose my $30 deposit and would need to put another one to reschedule. Which I can understand if I was a person who was late before in the past, but this was my first time ever. I expressed my disappointment to them, and was told I would get a one time exception to pay a $5 late fee if I wanted to still come today. So I went because I would be mad if they made me pay another deposit. The girl I scheduled couldn't do my hands , she had to pick her kid up. I understood, owner ends up doing my nails, She wanted to remove the prior nail bed down completely, when I only needed the surface removed to remove the color. I declined and asked nicely if she can just sand off the color. She did but then never applied new gel to my out grown nail bed. She misunderstood what I was asking for and only painted a coat over it and then went straight to the color. I asked to clarify before adding the color, and she said it wouldn't be needed because of saying I like my nails thin ‍ again me trying to be understanding and not making her fix it I just said ok, but asked if the price was gonna be different since I wasn't getting applied new retention and she straight said "no its the same price " which just made me more disappointed. Not only am I getting a late fee but also a half done manicure. I don't think I'll be returning again. I would hope they would treat returning, on time customers with grace. It was horrible and awkward to want to go back and it's such a shame because I truly appreciated their work. **In response to the owner: No, I was not 40 mins late. I was 30 mins late and you charged me $55 for a half done manicure that chipped in 1 day. I've updated my review from 2 stars to 1 after seeing you lie in your reply. Shame on you**

Looks like he is the supervisor or something, I thought he would say something when I was paying, but he didn't. I didn't want to argue because I already knew I wasn't going to come back. I should have taken the advice from one of the bad reviews they have here. Too late to regret it now. It's unfortunate that I paid $98 and walked out with my skin peeled off. I wanted to share my experience in the hopes that this won't happen to someone else. Save yourself time, money, and a bad experience. Go somewhere else. Not worth it. They don't even deserve the one star I have to give to post this.
