The online portal and app made it easy to upload my cats documents and book the taxi to pick them up day of. Jason, one of the owners actually came to pick my cat up. I added a happy pet package which allowed a playtime daily, and I requested they send me pictures each day, which they obliged. If I ever need to board again I'll definitely be going with alpha pet.

The absolute worst dog sitter we've ever had. We went away on a 6 day trip where she charged us…read more$750. Prior to the trip, we explained that 2 out of the 4 tend to get into it around food when not supervised. As long as you're there, they're fine. She agreed to watch them and of course met them prior. Not 24 hours later my dogs barely leave the kennels, barely get water, and of course, the 2 dogs in question get into it bad enough that we had to come home and take them to the vet. She did not intervene she just stood there. We have it all on video from a security camera. Now, all we asked was to reimburse us for the unused days and we would have ended it. But no. She refuses to return calls and texts. She claimed to be injured, but the video evidence shows no injuries. Do not hire! She has no business caring for others dogs. The worst of it being she was paid to house sit, yet she was barely there and my poor dogs got water once.

My puppy went to Mahogany Ridge as a wild child and returned home with impeccable manners and confidence that I didn't think would be possible to learn in two weeks' time. With the board and train program, Otto was not only taught basic commands and leash etiquette but gained confidence in day to day activities such as riding in the car, visiting other people's homes, and socializing with other dogs. Plus, Theresa shared photos and videos everyday which made the two weeks without Otto more bearable. Since bringing Otto home, almost every sticking point we had before his board and train has been resolved (follows commands, doesn't cry when I leave the apartment, walks on my left/doesn't pull, and doesn't bark at other dogs).
