I went to Elliot urgent care on July 26 2025 because of pain, swelling, and stiffness in my shoulders and hips. was told I had arthritis and to to take Tylenol. I said that I tried tylenol and it did not help. It turns out that after enduring two more days of extreme discomfort. I went. to the VA urgent care and was diagnosed with polymyagia. was given prednisone which helped greatly. the obvious symptoms were missed by the Elliot doctor read more

Elliot senior health in Manchester is one of the best I have been too. Dr. goldman is great, professional and has great people skills. His team are really exceptional respectful and gets all referrals and medication refills EASY. they treat people well in this Elliot hospital. I WOULD suggest this place for veterans. read more

I was very happy and grateful that the Elliot urgent care was open on a Sunday. I've had a sore throat for long enough to get checked out, I made my appointment on line, easy peasy, they checked me in as soon as I arrived, I sat for maybe 5 minutes and was called back. I literally had 3 nurses and a PA, named Jeremy, who were my "team" attending to me. They were all outstanding, not cranky or unhappy because they're working on a Sunday, and I for one appreciate that they are there! The front desk crew were also very friendly and helpful. I recently received a bill for a routine ultrasound screening ECC referred me to within the Elliott System. The bill was over TEN TIMES the national average for this procedure, most of which was billed under a facility fee which means insurance will Not cover it. A facility fee is not appropriate as this not an inpatient or emergency procedure but rather an outpatient exam scheduled weeks ahead of time. My insurance validated the same exact exam would have cost $200 in Salem NH rather than $2,400 at Elliott. This type of surprise billing is under scrutiny at the federal and state level in the legislature as it is considered potentially predatory and hurts patients. Despite various calls to Elliott, the company (yes, this is a business) refused to reduce my bill anywhere near the national average. While I am happy with the clinical care at this practice, I no longer trust Elliott. read more

Came here one time, to pick up a doctors note. 2 woman at reception were both very rude. Maybe an off night but didn't like it.

My mother came to this facility looking for support but received substandard and asinine care from a Dr. Lana Shikham. She objectified and body shamed her ,which is disgusting, coming from a health "professional" and a woman nonetheless. She minimized the BREAST pain she has been enduring for the past few months. Once the research and resolution regarding this pain is complete, she will seek a much more professional and client oriented healthcare facility. read more

I have always had positive experiences at this Urgent Care but yesterday was the best experience I have had. My 7yo daughter injured her hand pretty bad and was taken care of incredibly. Dr. Tanzer and Stephanie, my daughters nurse, were so calm and nurturing. My daughter was terrified, in a lot of pain and even with her crying hysterically they remained patient and went above and beyond to make her feel safe. read more

I am writing this post on behalf of the numerous families who have recently been discriminated against right here in our town. It has been brought to my attention that Elliot Primary Care is now officially kicking patients out simply for choosing to not vaccinate. Beyond that they have now implemented a new "non-immunization" policy which involves "quarantining" the patients as they check in (this also involved refusing a three year old the ability to use the bathroom, refusing to let the children sit in the waiting room and refusing to allow the children to play with the waiting room toys!) Upon arrival, the secretaries "alert" everyone about the non-immunization status and then they are ushered into a doctors room. The families were completely caught off guard (some of them had been going to the same practice for 15 years,) they were mortified and they felt 100% discriminated against. Complaints have been made but the practice is saying that this new policy is because they had received complaints from parents about unvaccinated families and this was their way of "helping." Beyond this horrifyingly blatant discrimination, the fact that doctors are simply denying medical care based on personal and religious beliefs should appall any mother reading this. Children (like my son) who have been vaccine-injured- our children are the "greater good" that people so often speak of and now they are being denied medical care by the exact same practices which brought about those injuries?! This is ABSURD and I am asking any mother out there who goes to Elliot to file a complaint to revoke this new discriminatory policy. More importantly, if you are at the office and see this happen, please speak up! Stand up for the mothers who are being publicly shamed. I run a non-profit for Vaccine injury and deal with cases like this all the time. Unfortunately because insurance companies give massive financial incentives for doctors who have a fully vaccinated patient population, this is happening more and more all over the country. Just stop for a second and ask how you would feel if the situation was reversed and you got kicked out FOR vaccinating. Thank you for taking the time to read this. My husband came here for an urgent care visit and received two bills in the mail totaling around $250.00. Unbeknownst to us, they charge a hospital fee AND a doctor fee for going here. From what I have been told most insurances do not cover the hospital fee. The staff did not disclose this information, so clearly this facility is all about making money off of sick consumers. I wanted to share this to hopefully prevent anyone else from getting taking advantage of. Don't go here! Go to an urgent care without hospital affiliation instead. read more

The heading should read Elliot Hospital Urgent Care in Londonderry. This urgent care center is not at the hospital but at the medical center in Londonderry. I had a bad cold with a terrible cough which was keeping me out of work. I decided to give this place a try. My regular doctor is at Lahey Clinic but I live in Southern NH so I decided Londonderry would be closer. The urgent care opens at 9 so I left in plenty of time to be early. I got out of my car at about 5 of nine to find another patient waiting in front of the door. They apparently do not open the door until 9 exactly. We stood there in the cool morning air waiting to be let in. A young couple arrived and hurried past us, only to realize (when the door did not open for them) we were not standing there to enjoy the cold spring air but would have gone in if possible. That couple realized their error and moved aside. When the door was open, the first patient was brought right in to be seen. The rest of us were instructed to 'fill out a form and put it in the box'. I was uncertain about this method but there was no receptionist to be seen so I filled out the form, found the box and put it in. I only waited a couple of minutes, if that, before they called my name. The lady who took my info asked to put on a mask, which I did but not gladly. I hate wearing those things. She did not complete my registration at that time but almost immediately brought me to an exam room, explaining she would complete the process later. In the exam room, everything happened expediently. The medical assistant came in and took my vital signs, letting me know all the results without being asked. Everything got written on a white board in the exam room, including the names and titles of everyone who took care of me. A nurse (RN) came in to find out more about why I was there. She made several trips in to attend to various aspects of my care, including education and a breathing treatment. Everyone was very kind and patient. I felt well taken care of the whole time. I saw the nurse practitioner (APRN). She did a thorough exam. Ultimately, she felt I had a 'virus' so no antibiotic, which is the latest trend; less antibiotics if at all possible. They did give me a 'breathing treatment' and prescribed 'flonase' which is actually cheaper over the counter but go figure. On the day I went I was no longer feeling worse than the day before, so the real reason I went to urgent care was because I had missed work and felt I needed a doctors note. All in all, I was very satisfied with the treatment I got and will definitely return should the need arise. I highly recommend this facility for urgent care. I have visited the Elliot Urgent Care facility now four times, always while visiting family in the area. The place is always clean and I've never waited more than 20 minutes to be seen, but the staff is what makes this a 5. My young children are always treated gently with patience and kindness and that kind of service is something you can't put a price on. I hope your kids don't need urgent care, but if they do, go to Elliot! read more

I don't have anything bad to say about the medical care I have received here, but I am finding the billing office and customer service to be a complete nightmare. I had to have some lab work done back in April. Just standard preventative care testing (blood sugar, etc) prior to my yearly physical. Being a responsible patient, I called both my insurance company and Elliot prior to my visit. I confirmed that the labs were considered preventative care as part of my physical, that the blood would be drawn and processed in house and that this would all be covered in full by my insurance. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill a month later, for my labwork, of over $100. I called my insurance first. The woman I spoke to explained to me that the Elliot had coded the billing as diagnostic, not preventative care. She said they just needed to resubmit the billing coded as preventative care and insurance would pay in full. She offered to call the office on my behalf with me on conference. The woman who answered the phone at Elliot was nasty rude. (I should state, my face to face interactions with administrative staff at Elliot have always been pleasant.) The insurance rep explained the situation to her. She was very argumentative, but in the end conceded that she would pass the issue along to her manager. She made sure to let us know her manager was very busy and we shouldn't expect to hear back for a few days. Fine. Fast forward 2 weeks and I've received another copy of the bill from Elliot. I submit the issue online to customer service and receive a pop up saying it could take up to 3 days for someone to respond. That same day I receive a call from the billing department asking about the bill. I explained the situation, and the woman I spoke with apologized that no one had followed up with me as promised. There were no notes in their system of the first call I had made. She said she would look into it and put my account on hold in the meantime. That was 8/21. Today is 8/15 and I finally received a message asking me to call. The woman I just spoke with sounded like she had no idea what she was talking about. All she was able to tell me was that the bill was coded as a screening. I explained to her what my insurance had told me. She kept yessing me and then offering alternative suggestions on what the problem might be. Perhaps it was because my deductible hadn't been met yet?" No...preventative care isn't subject to the deductible, so it needs to be billed as preventative care. Again she asserted that it had been billed as a screening. I asked her for the ICD-10 code that had been used for billing. After keeping me on hold for several minutes she said she didn't have it but would resend the bill. I asked her if she could also re-send the statement from my physical so that I could compare the 2. She said she didn't show a statement in her system. For the physical I had in May... The saga continues. It's looking like I've be shelling out $125 for something that the insurance I pay for should have covered, because the Elliot can't be bothered to code things correctly. read more
