Anyway, all of the staff from admissions to discharge were fantastic. There are some needed changes such as communication but overall, very pleased. If you had a bad experience write a letter, please don't cut the hospital down for something that you feel was done to you. You are one in a million people they see and care for.

Smooth check in, great nurses and Dr and even a patient coordinator to help keep my 18 month old distracted with movies, toys, etc... The only drawbacks are that the facility itself seems to be showing its age, and parking was a bit of a pain. They do have complimentary valet parking on weekdays, though!

He said "if what's going on with you is what I think, you need to go to a real hospital". "we can't help you". I left, drove myself home, and my wife brought me to Portsmouth hospital. Tens of thousands of dollars billed to my insurance and they are telling me I owe them $450. They did nothing, except get my name and insurance information. Stay away from the Plaistow ER. They are not a real ER and probably can't help you.
