I am not sure what happened to all the mulch we previously had!!! (Nothing to do with Willow Creek, I noticed all the missing mulch before I reached out for consults). But Nacho was able to show me that the previous company didn't even bother to plant the new bushes correctly!!!! (He didn't say that, but showed that he was able to pull the bush up with very little effort, it was still in the shape of the plastic planter pot it was transferred from and was not planted deeply!!!) The bush appeared to be dying, because of the improper planting! He advised on how to fix and within the first three - four days of watering, she was sprouting leaves and coming back to life!
