The office is bright, serenely decorated, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in and felt very pampered and well taken care of. This was the first time my daughter tried the IV Therapy and they explained the whole process and the benefits of IV Vitamin Infusions. This was not my first time getting the infusion so I knew what to expect. Dr. Banfield easily got us set up which is amazing considering both my daughter and I are notorious for being challenging to successfully find a vein at the first go. We were very comfortable and relaxed during our session and even took advantage of getting additional saline to get extra hydrated for only $10 extra (it costs significantly more than that where I live). After being set up, Dr.Banfield gave us some privacy to relax and rejuvenate, checking in on us often to ensure we were ok. When we were done checking out and paying was very easy and quick. My daughter works full-time and goes to law school at night and not even 5mins after we left she told me how amazing and energized she felt and that she's convinced that this is something that she needs to do as part of her self-care...I couldn't agree more! The whole experience was professional, inviting/friendly, and custom-tailored. The cost of the services were the most affordable compared to other places I researched and there were no hidden fees or trying to upsell us any additional services or products (which I greatly appreciate). Dr. Banfield and her staff made us feel like we we knew them for years and really made the whole time fun and full of laughter and joy. This was the best mother-daughter day ever! If you haven't tried IV Vitamin Infusion Therapy I highly recommend going to Advanced Family Care to be pampered and cared for. Thank you Dr. Banfield for an amazing day with my daughter!

As the office grew the customer service declined ...I sent husband they're against to them but had to transfer him to Christiana care because they were so awful. They accused my 15 year old niece, who was a tad overweight at the time of being 26 year old pregnant woman. She was mortified. She left the office in tears My daughter left them , my sister and my mother are about to leave this office because they have so many issues ...if you go in there and you're sick the one nurse kicks you out isn't that why you go to the doctor because you're sick ! just seems to me a lot of people are leaving they don't give the quality customer service that they once did :(

She is very intelligent, friendly, caring and takes time with her patients. She looked at all my prior medical history and made a plan for futher testing. She is a doctor that I fully trust with managing my health care. I really hit the 'Jack Pot ' when I saw she was accepting new patients. Christiana Care Primary Care is very fortunate to have Dr. Olates for their staff of doctors. As a retired nurse, I was surprised that she was also another one of my doctors who called with the results of the tests she had ordered. This is rare in the medical field these days. I find that you can wait days ,weeks or no call at all for tests that your doctor has ordered. The nurse who called to inform me of the results, did not say all was normal, but actually gave me all the information I asked for. I find that you hear so many complaints about doctors and nurses, but the majority of people seldom show their appreciation for the ones that are really dedicated and compassionate in their field of medicine. The public also needs to remember a doctor, nurse and other members of the health field can only do so much when there is a shortage of health professionals. Times have changed since I was a nurse.

I loved my previous Pediatrician so I was skeptical if Nemours was comparable. It is often that you go to a doctor's appointment when you wait a long time and then they rush you out when it is your turn as if you are not valued. Needless to say if I had to make a change this was a great option. We've been twice so far and seen Dr. Kaur each time and she is absolutely amazing. She allows you to ask questions without the feeling of being rushed out and doesn't act like your concerns are unimportant. In my opinion, it's nothing worse to have a good doctor that has poor communication skills sometimes referred to as poor bedside manner. I'm so thankful for Dr. Kaur. Another plus is how the dr office information is viewable on mynemours.org or on an application called my chart. I love how you have access to certain medical records.

I was afraid of needles and didn't think that I could handled them but Dr. Ken assured me that everything would be alright. He is very patient with me. He always explains things in laymen's terms and he is able to calm my anxiety and fears. During my last doctor's visit for lupus I was told that my markers were negative. I no longer take medication. I feel that the treatment from Dr. Ken contributed to that. I highly recommend him!
