They all had great things to say. I also asked our pharmacists if they had heard of Dr. Wells and they said they had and and they never have problem with getting info from her when needed. I made appointments for my wife, son and my self to get physicals. They were very flexible when it came to my schedule. When we we arrived I was pleasantly surprised at the modern office and upbeat atmosphere that we arrived to. Dr. Brenda was very thorough with her examination. She listened to our concerns and made suggestion that made since. I am highly impressed with Dr. Brenda and her Office staff is top notch and very friendly. I was nervous for this service, but we had an amazing first couple of appointments. Nothing major, just routine. I felt like he really understood me and things were great. However, when I actually needed him for fmla paperwork recently he was of little to no help and contributed greatly to my stress. Through ZocDoc you have a line of communication to your doctor I've literally sent him short messages on a daily basis to get on the status of paperwork and get zero response. Since he does not respond I literally have to book a session every time. This results in a co-pay and full charge or appointment every single time. He always has an excuse to not fill out the paperwork during that video session and the says you guys will "follow up" then he never does. I could really go on and on, but all in all 10/10 DO NOT recommend. Get a real, in person doctor.

I apologized for the delay and explained the situation, but the receptionist seemed frustrated and insisted I should've arrived 30 minutes early, which I hadn't been told. Unfortunately, the interaction felt a bit dismissive -- she rolled her eyes and told me the wait could now be an hour or even longer. At that point, I decided to cancel the appointment and take my business elsewhere. I understand things can get busy, but I was still on time for my actual appointment, and a little more understanding at the front desk would have made a big difference.

We called to get an update on my husband's case after weeks not knowing what was going on and a very rude person named Felicity got on the phone and began telling him how they were waiting on insurance approval and there was something wrong with his back but she couldn't discuss it over the phone and he would have to wait for something in the mail. I called our insurance provider and they assured me part of his referral had already been approved and they were waiting on Doctor's orders to approve the next step. So I called her back to let her know what our insurance had said and she did not even let me speak. She went on about not being able to give me information about my husband so I passed the phone to him but she did not let him speak either. I understand she was protecting her patient's privacy but was it necessary to be so rude? Forgive him for trying to find out why he has so much pain in his legs he can't even walk or for not knowing why he can't sleep at night. I am not sure if she was having a bad day. If that is the person she is or if she is in the wrong field. I just know Erika, Deborah, and Dr. Harris have always been extremely nice and it is unfair to them to have a bully working in their office. Can't wait to tell Doctor Harris in person.
