I was nervous for this service, but we had an amazing first couple of appointments. Nothing major, just routine. I felt like he really understood me and things were great. However, when I actually needed him for fmla paperwork recently he was of little to no help and contributed greatly to my stress. Through ZocDoc you have a line of communication to your doctor I've literally sent him short messages on a daily basis to get on the status of paperwork and get zero response. Since he does not respond I literally have to book a session every time. This results in a co-pay and full charge or appointment every single time. He always has an excuse to not fill out the paperwork during that video session and the says you guys will "follow up" then he never does. I could really go on and on, but all in all 10/10 DO NOT recommend. Get a real, in person doctor.

We went to a different Carbon Health Urgent Care by the university during the pandemic when this one was booked up and saw a male provider who was rude and didn't listen. You're greeted with bright lights, a giant check-in desk, a serpentine sofa embossed with the UA 'A' and a larger then life light fixture. It's no urgent care room I've ever seen. Before I get into the meatiness of this, a suggestion to those coming here. First, go to their website and check-in online. You can then fill out the patient info and it makes the whole experience a lot stressful! It's super easy and I loved that about this place. The place was 100% empty when I went so it gave me loads of freedom to look around and ask questions. Like what on earth is the Max Room with a paw print on it!? Turns out it's the exam room for kids and it's dogie themed. Sadly I'm over age for the room. Boo. The girl checking me in was very sweet. I thought it odd she took notes on a sticky note, as did the nurse practitioner first looking me over. Maybe it's a new place hitch? From checking in to getting into the waiting room was around 10 minutes. I got weighed on a tile that matched the floor. It was super trippy! The exam room was comfortable, clean and again fancy. See my photo. The nurse practitioner took my temp, heart rate and blood pressure all at once. She was efficient. I was impressed (beyond the post-its). The doctor (Jessica) was very nice, efficient and listened. She knew how to fix me ASAP and gave me additional meds to help me tru. From entering to leaving was 45 minutes! Everyone was very nice, trained and I will definitely be back if I have another emergency.
