Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. I called this morning and spoke to a very nice dispatch who took my flight info, credit card and promised a driver would be available. A couple hours later, I found out my flight was delayed by 30 minutes so I called dispatch to alert them. Gerald (not the dispatch operator who took my call in the morning) answered the phone and began to yell at me, he said they can't pick up that late, have no way to call the airlines to find out about flight delays and that he couldn't help me. I try to support local businesses and have given this company multiple chances. Service and car quality is very hit or miss, but this is the final straw. If you need RELIABLE transportation, look elsewhere. There's a reason why they get so many 1-star reviews.
