She arrived on time with three other people and immediately went over what they were going to do. I should add, she came by last week did a walk through went over everything and gave us an estimate. Charged me high $$$ for a move in cleaning. Requested to clean cabinets, floors, windows, appliances & baseboards. I had to clean it more after because a lot are not clean. Stove side has lots muck from cooking spills and it was not cleaned. I felt like she did a quickly clean just to get it done. Not happy with service at all! read more

I wish I could say my experience was positive. I came home and everything was cleaned half way. The blinds were all cleaned on one side only. The baseboards were filthy and the walls untouched. Giving my house another look, I noticed that only one side of the windows were cleaned. I'm in complete disbelief. When asked for them to touch up the missed areas, she just sighed at me.
