Our windows hadn't been professionally cleaned in 20+ years and we us completed a large remodel, so there was a lot of construction grime. He walked through every room with me and assured me that he could work around several sets of window coverings and drapes that were extremely difficult to remove. I was looking for someone to clean our gutters as one of the downpipes was blocked and the gutter was overflowing. I called Juan and he was able to come out the next day. I was worried that he would not be able to reach the spot with ladders but it was no problem as he climbed on the roof to access all the gutters. Juan cleaned gutters and identified a few problems with our system in Novato. He installed devices to keep leaves out of the downspouts in the future, he unclogged the existing pipes, and he recommended trimming back some tree branches to minimize leaves and better protect the home.
