Sold me a truck for towing a trailer with three feet of rotted frame on each side of the rear of the truck. Rear spring shackles blew threw the side of the frame upper and lower parts of the frame there cracked. Air bags system randomly stopped working while driving down the road. I spent 9 thousand on this truck for it to fall apart and need 5 thousand in repairs within three months and I still have not touch the air bag issue or the rest of the blown out suspension. read more

This man is terrible at communicating. He listed the car price as $2000. After communicating a time and place to meet up he drastically changes the price to $6980. He claims that it's $2000 down if you finance it but that is written no where in the description. I also looked up his shop and saw he sells "lemons", cars that look nice on the outside but have a lot of internal issues that are not listed. Do not buy cars from him, its a scam. read more

If I could rate Elvis Auto a 0 (zero) rating, I would. I test drove a BMW that looked very nice. The ad from this auto place stated that the car is in "pristine" condition, and that the brake pads were just replaced, and that it has brand new tires! I took it for a test drive. When I stopped to look under the hood, there were leaves and acorns all over. There was a large bag of garbage in the trunk. The engine sounded a bit noisy. I looked at the rotors & they all looked rusty. I then took the car to a local Independent mechanic to inspect it thoroughly. Well, the car actually has expensive problems: All 4 rotors and brake pads need to be replaced. The right rear brake is not making contact with the rotors! The front struts are leaking, the air filter needs replacing. The brake pads are actually all worn down. There's a small transmission leak. All of the TPMS( brake) Sensors are bad and don't work at all, and one tire doesn't even have a sensor. The tires are a very cheap brand and are not brand new! They are old, there's not much tread left & they need replacing. The engine sounds noisier than a typical BMW engine should. The independent mechanic told me that to repair and replace everything needed (not including the tires) that they estimate between $3000.00 to $4000.00. And add on another $1000.00 for a set of brand name tires. So, either the salesperson at Elvis Auto flat out lied to me about this car, or his mechanic lied to him. When I told the salesperson, Troy, about every one of these problems, and that the car needs a lot of expensive repairs, he denied it and told me that my independent mechanic is the one lying (wow, can you believe that?) My husband & I saw ,with our own eyes, each one of the above problems with the car, since our independent mechanic put the car on the lift & showed & explained thoroughly. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! From the beginning this was a sketchy experience. You go there and they tell you the warranty is included in the price but its not. They try to sell you a warranty that does not cover anything. They confirmed the interest rate prior to signing paperwork but when they print the rate is 2 points higher. They took my car for two days telling me they are legally obligated to do a Rhode island inspection(this is not true) and put 700 miles on my car. Did you use my car for uber? you forgot your dominos sauces in the back seat... Lastly my favorite part there's no way in hell this car should've passed inspection. Th whole underneath is completely rotted out. The emergency brake is hanging on for life and is tied down to my rear break lines with a shoe lace. The shoe lace is almost ripped so at any given day I can crash my car and die. The only thing this place is good day is lying to you. Thank you so much for the pain and suffrage.
