I did take my Jaguar in for state inspection and everything passed as expected. Three days later my battery was dead because the technician didn't reset the codes. This is a common problem with the f type after plugging into the obd port, but shouldn't a Jaguar dealership be able to get this right? You would think so and this is the reason why I schedule my service for my Jaguar there. I called 3x and left a message about this problem and I haven't heard back yet. Also, this dealership won't offer me a loaner for major service or minor service intervals, which is just terrible customer service. The reason: "you didn't buy your car here." Okay...makes me want to purchase my next car here, right? When you have a $110,000 car, you would think that wouldn't matter because I'm a potential buyer in the future. All in all, I would prefer to deal with other dealerships in the same area since I'm treated like royalty no matter what car I bring in and no matter where I bought it from.

Upon inspection we notice that the phone charger wasn't working properly. So in scheduling the repair we were originally told by the sales man that we would get a loaner. Well not necessarily since they do not take Progressive Insurance in order for us to receive a loaner. Although it was ok to test drive the car using our Progressive Insurance card. They informed us they were going to get a rental car. The rental car was definitely not equal quality. We were told it was a corporate decision to not take Progressive Insurance. We have never had this problem with any dealership anywhere. Why weren't we informed this before we purchased the car? The car itself is beautiful. I can say that service and communication has not been a positive experience with Jake Kaplan so far.

He had no customer service skills and that was a red flag for me from the beginning unfortunately it gets worse, A couple of minutes later the mechanic Pedro informs the bearded gentleman that I need 4 new tires I tell him """ that's impossible I replaced 3 of those tires in the last 2 years " he tells me I need four tires or he fails my inspection, I can pay now I can go someplace else but my inspection will be failed... I tell him thank you for your services and I go someplace else my neighbor recommended. I didn't need 4 new tires and the nice gentleman at the garage explained to me, what a tire needs to pass an inspection. It has to do with the depth of the threads my tires passed with flying colors. So sad to see that man will still take advantage of a woman thinking she doesn't know anything about vehicles... now this has nothing to do with Omar but whoever that man behind the desk was and Pedro they should be ashamed of themselves ... they could drive away potential customers. I wasn't falling victim ... I drive less than 12,000 miles a year I knew this was untrue. Just on this experience I would never return there because now they cannot be trusted what a shame

If you have an existing auto loan, they won't help you if you're upside down in the loan. If you tell them to take the trade out they'll tell you that you can't have two car loans based on debt to income ratio (that makes sense). Don't bother. The whole "use your tax refund" doesn't help get you into a car. In fact, nothing helps you get into a car. There is nothing guaranteed about them.

These guys know what they are doing, and they do it well.

I had yet another problem yesterday and went over to Warwick BMW to drop off the car. I decided to take the loaner they gave me and drive over to Lexus in the same park. I realized that my favorite tech from BMW now worked at Lexus when I arrived and he told me to talk to Kyle. I told Kyle that I was interested in a GX 470, but needed to see how much the BMW fix would cost before I committed. Fast forward a couple of hours....the BMW fix was going to be more than $2K and Kyle had taken $8K off the price of the Lexus. Done deal!! Great employees and specifically service folks. Afterward, I received conflicting explanations about what had happened, making an already frustrating situation even more disappointing. I understand that mistakes can happen. What matters is how they are handled. Rather than receiving a clear explanation and a satisfactory resolution, I felt that my concerns were minimized despite the significant inconvenience, wasted time, and disruption this caused. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for the vehicle that was originally ordered. After more than five weeks of waiting, being told the car was ready, and then learning it was not the correct vehicle, I am now facing additional delays while continuing to wait for the vehicle I agreed to purchase. I do want to acknowledge that the sales representative was professional, apologetic, and genuinely tried to help. My frustration is not with him personally, but with the overall handling of the situation and the lack of accountability from management. I chose Lexus because of its reputation for quality and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience with Lexus of Warwick has not reflected the level of professionalism, communication, and customer care I expected from the Lexus brand.

The stress fracture originates directly underneath the spring-loaded windshield wiper arm--a textbook impact fracture caused by a technician snapping the metal wiper arm down onto bare glass during service. ​Instead of taking immediate responsibility for property damaged under their exclusive care, custody, and control, the service department chose to stonewall. The service advisor spent 90 minutes claiming he was "looking for paperwork and camera footage" before finally claiming he "couldn't get into the system." He then attempted to blame the weather, claiming the heat caused the glass to spontaneously crack in a perfect arc, and told us we had to wait until next week for someone to decide how to handle it. ​When pressed on the mechanical reality of the damage and asked for a safe loaner vehicle while they resolved their mistake, the advisor became hostile, dismissed my presence as a "third baseman" because my name isn't on the registration, and pressured my fiancée into driving a structurally compromised, unsafe vehicle off the lot. ​This franchise damaged a customer's vehicle during routine maintenance and used every stall tactic in the book to avoid accountability. Volkswagen of America Customer Care has been formally notified. Avoid this service department unless you want to pay out of pocket for their technicians' carelessness.
