I have gone here a few times over the year and I can say that each time I leave so happy with my nails. I have seen Kim ( I hope that is her name) and Danny who just recently started there. Danny did my wedding nails and did not disappoint. He duplicated the inspiration picture I gave him and made sure to take his time and check in with me every step of the way. The 3d flower was perfect along with the overall design. Everyone is always so kind to all customers. I especially love the husband/wife owners. I would recommend this nail spa 100%. I am I town for a job and needed my nails done DESPERATELY. I looked at other reviews and attached photos before coming to get a vibe. Called to see if there was an opening and if they could do designs; Got scheduled in with no hassles and whoever was on the phone was super sweet. Tyler did my nails and did an AMAZING job! I showed him a photo of a design and he nailed it. Took his time and he also had patience with me when I bumped my hand on the counter.... Place was super clean and absolutely everyone I made eye contact with or smiled too smiled right back. If I lived here this would be my go to place. I started going to Boujee nails about a year ago, they do an amazing job on my nails time after time!

Honestly the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. They left me with chipped GEL polish and didn't even give me the design I originally wanted. Then when I went back to fix it they basically said it was my fault and I would have to pay for them to fix it. The owner didn't even listen to a word I had to say when I was explaining what happened because he just kept talking over me from the beginning. I paid $113 for BS I would never go there again And on top of that they cut almost ALL of my fingers and they STING when I wash my hands or use sanitizer. They tried telling me this was because of hang nails but IVE NEVER been cut so badly at a nail salon in my life. If you go here, make sure you know the person whose doing your nails know what they are doing. The person I had was not it. read more

I went with my mom on July 8 to get our nails done Mine was done by Taylor almond long 1 color really thin was $75 on July 13 they start to brake (only 5 days later). My mom set was done by Tvan, short almond ombre $85 everything was perfect with her nails until we made a fill in appt July 23, on their website says Fill in was $55+ they charge $75 no cut down, reshape or repair (super overpriced). Today July 26 her fingers start swallowing, they cut the cuticles with no sterilize implements and used files and buffer. Very disappointing for the price you expect quality not an infection. read more

20 dollar fee for a no show?! You must be aware this place of business is in a city with literally HUNDREDS of other reputable nail salons? Good way to lose business quick. I'll gladly go to the hundreds of other places in the city and take the 20 bucks I would have paid here and get a service done. What a self righteous money hungry business. Your a nail salon not a medical office. I literally don't know one person who will gladly pay the 20 bucks when they can literally go a mile down the road and go to the next salon. Came in for a quick mani pedi before Christmas. Did a deluxe pedi with basic polish and a gel mani (two alternating colors, no design). Overall I'm disappointed. The pedicure is mostly fine, though they didn't use toe separators which was definitely posing some issues when trying to maneuver while they were drying. It also seemed like the top coat didn't completely dry before my mani was finished so both of my big toes are a little messed up after the drive home with my shoes on, but that's somewhat on me for not waiting longer. Assumed they were dry, but I guess not completely. The manicure is where more of the issues were. I wanted the red on my toes and my fingers to match, but they were apparently out of that shade for the gel polish. Rather than asking me what I wanted to do, the nail tech switched it out for a different, slightly brighter red without asking. I liked the darker red as it looked a bit classier, and I wish she would have asked if I was okay swapping the color out. I didn't realize she was using a different shade until halfway through the mani (I assumed she had found the shade she was originally looking for since she didn't ask me about it). Now my hands and feet clash which is REALLY disappointing. Nail tech was also pretty rough when working on my cuticles and a couple of them ended up bleeding. The polish work itself was fine but not great with some unevenness on the sides of my nails. There are also a couple of spots (which I didn't notice until I got home) where the filing wasn't smooth and the nails are catching on things now. I'm planning on taking my own file to them to fix this, but not what you want fresh out of the nail salon. I will say, they seemed very friendly, but I wouldn't go back due to the issues with the work itself. read more

Came here to get my eyebrows shaped and ended up waiting ages for my turn because what initially was a 5 min wait time turned into 30 mins, as the technician had forgotten to turn on the wax machine. When it finally was my turn she shaped my eyebrows well, however, was very rushed and aggressive in doing so. Worst nail experience EVER! I am easy to please. I should've left as soon as they started Yelling at me-multiple people-same time. What color?What length?What shape?Gel or regular?Way beyond how that usually happens. I asked them to slow down cuz I was getting bad anxiety. I had to ask them to let me speak so I could say what I wanted Ik there's names for shapes but different places interpret the shape names differently so I started to explain when they all started yelling at me again. All I wanted was long nails that taper at the tip in a light color that's not see through. Don't even get me started on the pricing -seemingly purposefully made & 'explained' in a Way too in-depth way-like a trick oral multiple choice question in an indecipherable accent spoken as quickly as an auctioneer at a fire sale...where the answer choices are like A. If A then also B but not C unless D in which case then both A, B, C And D- I was bullied into rushing to answer every question asked simultaneously by 3-4 people at once & then when I paused & waited for them all to stop I said, I want long nails that taper at the tips with a light color that isn't see through -again My nails are long but they are SQUARE And they tried to charge me $10 extra for Not square. They are Square. They are flat and look worse than $5 drug store press on nails. No one ever said please or thank you. In fact they asked the ladies next to me if they wanted water but didn't ask me. I never leave reviews-not even when the service is bad. I chalk it up to a fluke bad experience but these people make me want to call the Better Business Bureau. They almost had me in tears (of frustration). I'm inclined to go to the closest nail salon, tell them what happened & have them do my nails over-not gonna waste that kind of $.
