Love, love, love living here. Have had nothing but amazing experiences beginning in the leasing office from my very first tour with Audri (and I say first because I made her do a couple before I actually moved in). The issues I have had have actually have nothing to do with the apartment itself (had to do with Amazon) but Audri still has tried to help as much as she can...and it is much appreciated. I have had only one maintenance issue and the response time, once I submitted my request, was legit the blink of an eye. I have lived here since early October of 2025, and unfortunately the early positive experience has not lasted and my opinion has changed a lot as of late. While the property is definitely modern in appearance and the apartments seem to be generally well maintained, that is where the good seems to end. When I first moved in, they had a great manager named Audriana who was very kind and respectful. Unfortunately, it seems she has been replaced with Cynthia and my interactions with her have been less positive. She started out by calling and e-mailing me telling me there were complaints of me causing "high bass" sound which is quite laughable considering I don't even have a television, nor do I listen to music without headphones or anything that would cause that. While I understand her bringing the concern to my attention, a person saying a noise is coming from a direction doesn't mean it is that person causing it and she should have actual proof before making accusations. The area can be noisy in general, and one should know that when moving there but I don't appreciate the accusations without proof. She has continued to confront me about it with vague "concerns" for which she has no proof. In addition, she recently approached me about not being able to charge my new electric scooter in my apartment "until I get back with you" even though she has not communicated such a policy to the entire building (which she knows would be received negatively and is not supported by the lease agreement). Apparently, they had some "incident" recently which they don't want to reveal any details about, but anyone with common sense knows that doesn't mean you can just ban anyone from using one (just as you couldn't prevent everyone in a building from using a hair dryer just because one might have caught on fire from misuse). I'm definitely going to be letting the corporate office know about her continued harassment and this "policy" she has apparently invented. Aside from those negative experiences, they unfortunately don't seem to care much that dozens of vehicles which do not pay parking fees fill the parking lot on weekends and take up spots that are supposed to be for residents. The security presence at this building is greatly lacking in general. They also often leave the back garage doors open which presents a security risk. The elevators are frequently breaking down as well. Lastly, please be aware that you will pay around $300 in fees/charges above and beyond what they show on the website. While I had left a more positive review previously and considered renewing when my lease is up in October, that is no longer the case with the change in management. read more

Unless you're a crack head don't move here. It's pretty simple, the staff isn't supported to create a quality living experience. The pool isn't heated as promoted, hot tub has been closed for over a year, the garage doors never work, packages get stolen, security is a joke, the community coffee maker was stolen, grills or fire pit never work, and to top it off the trying to get anything fix is impossible. These apartments used to be amazing but they're a dump now .. if you see good reviews it's only because they were coerced to write a good review for something in return. I can't wait to move, unfortunately my lease expires in Jan .. i pay close to 2k for a 1 bedroom it's not worth even $1k .. I'd give them zero starts but I'm forced to leave a one star .. Save your rent money for another apartment. These apartments are the worst. Ely on Fremont aka The Dump .. management is horrible. Cindy, Lily and Adriana only care about the commission. If you do decide to tour the bldg make sure to ask them to show you the back stairways, which ate disgusting by the way, homeless people age constantly hiding under the stairs, they're always breaking in to the bldg. They have been found sleeping in the clubhouse, and the pool area. Have them show you the jacuzzi, it's disgusting. The bldg is known for having their pool and jacuzzi shut down because they don't pay the fines. Make sure you go to each floor and see the dirty carpets. The trash chutes are so gross. The elevators are always breaking down, in fact they broke down today at 2:00 pm and it's already 11:00 pm Not one thing has been done to rectify the issue. They're closed on Sunday's which means they'll just give us notice on Monday but won't work until next Friday. Their closed floors are so dirty when you walk in. My AC unit kept breaking down since June, water leaks were happening almost every day, I had to get really upset for them to finally fix it and now they're very rude to me. Adriana at the front told me that she has things happen in her home too, so basically who cares what happens to tenants here in the bldg. They let anyone move in, so now you'll deal with very inconsiderate neighbors who leave trash everywhere. Tons of car break ins in the parking lot. Homeless people have been known to break in the storage units. Graffiti all over the front of the bldg. They only have 3 guys that are part of the maintenance crew, great crew but there's 242 units and they're off on the weekends, it's no wonder things don't get fixed. The bldg refuses to hire more staff. Save your money.. tour this bldg then go tour other apartments like, Parc Haven or Auric .. they're the same price but those apartments are beautiful and have so many more amenities. And the staff are 1000 times better .. If you want a real tour, get in touch with me I'll show you everything. read more

I just read some of the reviews here and well I must say, although I've been here for a short time now, I am very, very pleased with my decision to transfer to Las Vegas and more specifically with my decision to live Downtown and to live here at Ely. The staff has been amazing. Leisa, Santi and Jodi have been just wonderful. They were so gracious when I actually last fall went through the process, had a lease prepared ready to sign.....and a very long story short...a delay arose in my transfer. ( I work for an airline) Santi especially could not have been nicer and helpful, so I made it a point when my transfer was actually executed to live here. The service has been top shelf! I am very comfortable in my apartment. I like the design and I like the building and the location. I LUV being able to walk everywhere I want to go and there is a ton of stuff in very easy walking distance like the famed Fremont Street Experience. And if you want to go somewhere that may be to far to walk, Uber is super quick. Every time I've ordered one, it's been here lickety-split! I mean like in 2-3 minutes. Everyone, too, that I've just bumped into here, if you will, has been very nice. So, in a nutshell, in my humble opinion, this is a great place to live! read more

I still live here and it's only because I'm waiting for my lease to expire. It used to be really nice but it's a dump now and I pay close to $2k .. it's not worth it. Everything is falling apart. The carpets in the hallway are disgusting and they smell. Homeless people are continuously sneaking in, they sleep in the clubhouse, pool area and under the stairwell. The elevators are always breaking down. There are no pool chairs, tenants bring their towels or their own chairs to lay out. The back garage is always breaking down. The back alley doors are always broken and homeless people just wander in. They have snuck into the storage area and broken into the tenants private belongings. Amazon packages are always getting stolen. Cindy the manager does nothing about it. She's rude to everyone unless she needs you to write a good review. Most of the good reviews are because you were coerced to write it for some lame raffle ticket. It's so dirty outside the front area. Most of the long term tenants have moved out. The street lofts are mostly empty. It's not safe to live here. Yes it's convenient but that's about it. Audri, Lily and the maintenance crew are very nice but they're limited as to what they can do since Cindy thinks she's running a college dorm. The AC units don't work, major issues with the plumbing and the garbage disposal. It's not worth the money.They will sucker you in with two months free rent but you'll regret it afterwards. Dog pee and poop everywhere. Reach out to me I'll give you a real tour. Rent is overpriced and if you live below the fifth floor you will hear footsteps all day long when people walk across the floor above you. Of course once you are moved into your apartment, management could careless about your happiness. There is supposed to be quiet hours starting at 10pm, but often there will be people down at the pool yelling. This is not a quiet apartment complex. read more

Having your place broken into and being robbed is probably the worst thing thats happened to me at this place besides the new property manger not asking if I was okay or asking what happened. It was kinda rude of her to dismiss me and not ask or feel empathy to my situation. I'm really glad the assistant property manger at least emailed me with concern! I would feel safer if there were cameras in the hallways and in the back entrance. Since Elysian brought this property, they have enough resources to make this place a safer place. Also the fact that someone died in the fourth floor and there was a reeking smell no one got notified what happened. The body was just laying there for days. Unfortunately I had to find out there was a double homicide on the news! It would be greatly appreciated if the new property manger showed some kind of human being support for someone who pays rent here to at least be nice enough to ask if I was okay. Ely on Fremont - BEING ROBBED - Apartments Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

This complex is NOT SAFE. I lived here for six months and am so glad I did not sign a longer lease. It is impossible to walk outside the building without being harassed by people sitting/camping on the property. Often, I would walk past these same people urinating, defecating, or exposing themselves near the entrance to the building on my way in from the parking lot. Management blames these chronic issues on road construction, which is laughable. The building is always covered in human waste, even during a pandemic. Tenant safety is not a priority at all. They claim to use some third party service to patrol the area, but I never saw anyone doing a patrol and it clearly had no effect on the overall safety of the property. Fremont9 is in a dangerous and high crime area, but the property owners do little to mitigate the inherent risks to tenants. To current residents: Fremont9 will withhold a $145 "cleaning fee" from your security deposit, regardless of how clean you leave your unit. They claim this fee is mandatory and that all residents pay it. Luckily, I documented the condition of my unit when I left and was able to convince the building manager to refund the wrongfully withheld $145 as there was nothing in my lease to justify such a fee. It is completely made up by the owners to rip off tenants on their way out. It took three months, countless phone calls/emails, and a certified demand letter so be prepared for a fight. read more

I live in a cool building @dtlv that was taken over by a big #greedycorporation ~ when I moved back to @lasvegaslocally from the Beast Coast I started a job the next day. 4/7 days the music was so loud at the pool I felt like I was at @bestfriendvegas I lodged a complaint on the website and never heard back. I didn't sleep for a week and my job performance suffered. My apt has been broken into twice ~ most recently last week by a topless woman that wouldn't leave and then stole my clothes. I ran to the elevator for assistance and pressed the emergency button. I waited 10 seconds and nothing happened. When @elysianliving took over they cut off Wi-Fi in the clubhouse. The pool is never heated. They miss coffee deliveries on the regular and don't stick enough so the clubhouse is always out if it. I expect the amenities I pay for as well as a feeling of #personaly safety. Now they are evicting me bc I accidentally broke a window that I apologized for immediately. I regularly give my neighbors things I don't need and bring donuts to the office staff. This is by far the worst run apartment complex I've ever lived in because of this corporation. After moving in, I discovered I would be woken up by exceptionally loud construction noise. This would persist for 3 months or so. The building refuses to employ security. In December, while I had Covid, I woke up one night to a loud banging. I went back to sleep only to wake up to find a stranger standing over me in the middle of the night. Apparently, he realized I was not who he was looking for and left to bang on more doors down the hall. I called the Police but by the time they had arrived the stranger had gone into another tenant's apartment. I had heard screaming from down the hall and told the police. They found the person and placed him on a psych hold I believe. The pool hasn't been usable for months it seems. The grills are also often closed with signs out of service, but it feels like nothing ever gets fixed. Their rent payment policies are also terrible and feel predatory. You can find a cheaper place that will disappoint you less than Ely on Fremont. read more

I've been here for a few weeks now and so far so good! The walkability is amazing - tons of restaurants, bars, and entertainment nearby. It's a new build so everything is nice and clean. The ladies in the leasing office are very helpful and friendly as well! My roommate and I are in the smaller 2/2 and it is actually quite spacious. I love the openness of the floor plan, and especially the windows with pre-installed blinds. There is also ample parking across the street in the llama lot, which is very convenient too. When i moved in it was nasty and the floors had paint on them and tape left over, the bathroom towel hangers were broken and the parking garage is full so u have to park outside for extra money ... be sure to remember they require a 60 day notice to leave the apartment ( not 30 like every other apartment i have ever lived in )... which threw me for a MAJOR surprise when i put my 30 day notice in and they told me i had an extra 30 days to pay for (even though it did say it in the lease its a good way for owners to make extra money and its a SCAM) read more

Update: The manager decided to break our lease the day of publishing this review. This is a long one so bear with me: It started out as very nice community with nice amenities for the residents but has recently declined in quality. The community fridge that was usually stocked with drinks such as gatorades, sodas, and snacks (a big selling point in their community tours) is now regularly empty. The coffee machine for residents has also suffered the same decline and it is regularly unavailable for residents to use since they do not dump out the coffee grounds as they should. As a matter of fact, they have actually started to close down the common areas to residents from 11pm to 6am, something that was sold to us as being available 24/7. This is where the fun starts: we decide to complain and ask for our common areas to be opened once again for residents during after hours and the reply we get two weeks later (after having to send out yet another message) was that it would be continued to be closed because I decided to be proactive about getting my amenities and did their job by dumping out the coffee grounds while they were not open (new management began closing on Sundays for some reason). By the way, they claim the lock "broke" when changing out the coffee grounds and that it would be a $200 for it's replacement (it's been 2 weeks and no replacement), there is a picture attached below that show how the "broken" lock still works, which begs the question of whether management was lying in order to justify keeping our areas from us, or if management just leaves things "broken" instead of fixing them, although that could be it considering our indoor garage's door has broken and is fully open 24/7 (this one for real) and they have not done anything about it for the last few days. (I have a video attached of open garage door with no security in google review). To top it all off, today we get notice of a "lease violation" for our dog's "excessive barking" and "being off leash". I will grant them that I used to let my dog off leash in our hallway but once they told us to stop we did. As for the "excessive barking", I'm at home most of the time and they only bark at a knock on the door or strangers walking by, as any dog would. Our dog has always been this way and it was never a problem until we put in a complaint about our amenities, which is WAY too big a coincidence for us and we can put 2 and 2 together in what is happening here. Ely on Fremont - "Broken" lock that wasn't changed. - Apartments Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

A young womans key fob was malfunctioning, and she was unable to enter the building, when calling to get assistance, the late night operator expressed that she would rather "let the young woman freeze to death, rather than call security to assist her". Considering how cold it is, it's pretty awful to do something like that to your residents. This place should seriously consider training their employees to be less terrible. read more
