I have been living here for almost 3 years and it has been a joy to live here...from the staff to the amenities to the affordability...moving here has been the best decision since moving to Las Vegas...Thank you

This tenant leaves trash outside, overnight, at least three times a week. The office has been notified, nothing changes.

I moved into Inspirado Residences in August 2020, and I have had ongoing challenges to enjoyment the property since the first week. * DECEITFUL PRACTICES: Prior to submitting a lease application in August of 2020, I contacted leasing agent Johnathan (who I believe is no longer with the company). I advised him I did not want to live in a first or second story apartment, as I feared excessively noisy neighbors. He then assured me I was submitting a non-refundable application fee for a third story apartment, at the rate of $999. The apartment was to be move-in ready on August 25, 2020. The next day after submitting the application, mysteriously, the price of the apartment changed to $1080 and there was only a second story apartment available for that move-in date. He had me submit a second application, stating the increased amount of rent. Johnathan at that time assured me that the bedrooms had "double-padded" floors and you cannot hear your neighbors. I was further advised that any "noise complaints" would be promptly addressed and rectified, were they to occur. * PRIOR AND ONGOING ISSUES: After moving in, I was immediately aware of the fact that the rooms were not "double-padded," and I can most definitely hear the neighbors in Apartment 327, relentlessly. My first complaint was approximately a week after move-in, as I hoped they were merely going through a phase the first week and would quiet down after a rough week. That was not the case, so I contacted Naomi. She advised that the tenants in 327 were a known issue, and that tenants prior to my move-in had already submitted complaints regarding their noise issues. She then advised to contact the security when having issues with the tenant noise after hours. I tried that approximately three times, to no avail. After the final attempt, I realized that was an exercise in futility. * MANAGEMENT PROVIDES WORK FOR AFFECTED TENANTS: In November 2020, after submitting a number of complaints regarding the after-hours noise stemming from Apartment 327, Naomi instructed me to make a "journal" of all of their after-hours noise. She said once the office had this information, something could be done. Throughout the month, I did as she requested and additionally video recorded the light fixtures shaking and stomping/objects being thrown in the middle of the night. In December 2020, Naomi asked for additional time to rectify the issue. * TIME PASSES, PROBLEM PERSISTS: Since that time, I have endured and continued to submit written complaints regarding the problem. The last complaint I submitted, was responded to by Adriana. She advised me to contact the police each time they are making noise after hours. On one of the instances, the tenants in 327 had been fighting for greater than five hours throughout the duration of the night. Their argument escalated so badly, that I actually took Adriana's advice and contacted law enforcement. The tenants merely refused to answer the door to the police, and that action certainly did not rectify the issue. * DEMAND FOR CHANGE: I cannot recall the last night that I was able to sleep, without substantial interference from the tenants within Apartment 327. This lack of sleep is negatively affecting my health, my work, and my ability to enjoy the residence that I pay to rent monthly. Their noise issues during the daytime are something I can deal with; however, their noise issues at night, are insufferable. They are running their washing machine within the hours of 12:30 AM and 4:00 AM, nearly every morning. They are stomping back and forth in the bedroom between the hours of 12:00 AM and 5:00-8:00 AM, nearly every morning. They are fighting incessantly, virtually every night and day. They are throwing objects that are hitting my ceiling, virtually every night and day, with excessive instances within the hours of 12:30 AM and 3:00 AM. All of the above listed challenges to the enjoyment of my residence, are noise issues that are in violation of the lease. As the family member of multiple members of law enforcement and as an informed citizen, I would like to state that police do not enforce lease violations. Police enforce violations of criminal law. That being said, property management companies are obligated to enforce lease violations that inhibit other tenants' abilities to peacefully enjoy the residence in which said tenants are obligated to tender funds, in order to occupy. Therefore, I request one of the following actions -- (1) Relocate me to a third-story apartment (as I originally paid to lease), without financial setback to me. (2) Effectively end the noise issue stemming from Apartment 327, so I may have access to a residence in which I can sleep nightly. In addition, the entire walkway and stairway to my apartment is covered in bird excrement. The office has been advised it is due to a tenant feeding the birds daily. They do not routinely clean it, nor have they stopped the tenant who has been identified to cause the issue.

We do not do month to month here and we do not have furnished units.

Are pets accepted?

Yes but they have to be 25 pounds or less no aggressive breeds.

Do you accept section 8?

We currently are not accepting Section 8.

Currently I'm living in apartments that charge for a "technical package" I'm paying 99$ for cox cable and internet but I'm hardly ever home to use this. Will I have to pay for a technical package or is it my choice to not have cable? I'd love to move

2/17/2026 UPDATE: We are getting ready to move out of state…read moreand wanted to share an update as we first moved in in 2022. PROS and WINS: -Chyla and Courtney have been here since we moved in and have ALWAYS been helpful. They're always quick to respond and do everything within their power to address issues and needs that come up. -Albert (one of the maintenance team members), he's SO NICE and always helpful and quick with repairs. There's a newer maintenance team member who does a fantastic job. He's always outside picking up any loose trash and repaired our washer quick. -The grounds were clean when we first moved in and have felt that way the entire time. Of course you have neighbors who don't pick up after their animals. But I honestly think it's gotten better. - The community spaces are always clean. It was so nice having the coffee machine in the community lounge. I really wish they would've replaced that. -They always do monthly community events. They're cute and it's fun to walk over and stop by. -The Bend outdoor shopping center has really developed and fully went up since us moving in! It's so fun to have a coffee shop, food options, workout spaces, UPS, gas, etc all within a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive. -our carpet was fully replaced prior to our move in and on both renewals we were given a carpet cleaning voucher, so that's fun! Feedback: -I noticed the side gate tends to be opened and not latch closed. This has been reported and the front office has said it's been repaired, but it continues to randomly be unlocked. Truthfully, I just got tired of reporting it was broken. But I fully believe if I would've mentioned again, they would've looked into it. -Would love for the coffee machine to have been replaced. We loved going to the community center to play Monopoly Deal and grab a coffee when there was a machine there. Advice for future tenants: -The walls are THIN and the stairs are hollow. Our layout was in building 14 on the ground level and our master room wall is shared with the stairs. And every single neighbor above us STOMPS so loud. If you are a light sleeper, I would highly suggest not opting for a layout where the master wall is shared with the outside stairs. -Ask for bug spray in the warmer months. We did our own bug spray inside our unit but I believe you can ask for more outside. -Be a good neighbor. Pick up after yourself in the gym and pick up after your animal. Respect the shared community spaces. -Honestly if we were not moving out of state we would've renewed because overall we enjoyed being here! Review from 4/2023: So far, my experience with Solana and the leasing office has been better than I could've I asked for! And we toured 4 places in one day and nothing matched the experience we had here. We literally started our tour day with Jody at Solana, went to tour other places and came back same day to apply. The moment my partner and I walked in we were greeted and made to feel like family. Jody was AMAZING. She had so much energy and passion about her job and it really sold the place. We were pleasantly surprised about the property, i personally think the photos don't do the place justice. Pros: -armed guard at all times -24 hr maintenance ON SITE -fitness center is clean with a variety of equipment -pool looked cleaned and maintained well -we toured the grounds and looked to be maintained well Cons(more so outside of Solona control): -next to freeway (not a deal breaker for us, but you really can hardly tell -area still in development stages. Looks like more food and stores are in the process of being built. BUT there's an ikea nearby!! Overall, we're really excited for our move and have high hopes about this property
