I've been living here for the past 5 months renting out a 1 bedroom. So far, I haven't had any negatives staying here. It is a gated community that locks the gates after 5 pm on weekdays and fully on Sundays when their leasing office is closed. The management is on top of things, for example when I had an issue with my air conditioner, Adeymis, at the front office quickly sent repair and the issue was resolved within 30 minutes. Everyone has their own parking space and you can also opt in to rent a private garage for $200/month. However one downside is when having guests over there's barely any spots for your your guest to park. Management hosts monthly and sometimes weekly events arranging from bagels, food trucks, etc. In terms of amenities, there's a small-ish pool. The gym is clean and pretty much always empty. Bailey the head manager makes sure everything is tidy and the residents are taken care of. Location wise: you're right off of the 95 north with the Santa Fe hotel and theater across the street walking distance. The Santa Fe has its own food court and discounted bowling on certain days. Pregnant mothers. The staff are terrible here. They really do need a new team of people. They are so rude and disrespectful even to the elderly I seen it with my own eyes. If I can give this place a 0 I would. I wanted to move in a quiet area, single mom, and also pregnant ever since I moved in they complain to me about a nuisance that they have no evidence of a racist neighbor. Continue to harass me take videos of me without my consent. They did nothing about that, but what they did gave me a three day noticed not even for the main issue that they so-called claim was a nuisance. I am pregnant with preeclampsia severe HG and she asked me to move to a different unit to accommodate a psychiatric nurse. Are y'all seeing what's happening A mother who is literally on her deathbed is not respected in this community. They have did nothing but complain the whole time living here they charge you a $300 admin fee. My credit was good but they still charge me $1000 to move in and a few months later, they are causing me depression and stress do not waste your money The place is not even nice. They are doing some upgrades to the outside area, but that caused a lot of noise during the day and no telling when they're going to be done complaining but there's always noise outside. They have been doing work on the area since I moved in. The pool is never open. They throw large parties with food trucks with loud music. I'm just saying if you're going to make rules they should follow them also. Don't waste your time, especially if you are a single mother or a single father. This is not a family orientated place. They will take your money and kick you out. Looked at it. It's like everything else this side of the freeway. "Welcome to luxury living in the heart of Las Vegas!" Come on. It's way way WAY out 20 minutes down the freeway from downtown. Like every other complex in that all of their web sites say "Luxury living" with some fake photos of people who never lived here. This is a solid C+/B- and not worth the huge rent increase over 3-4 years ago. Seriously - for this money, just get into one of the actual new places down near the south edges of town that have been built in the last 5 years and have enough parking. This is by far the loudest apartment I've ever lived in. For the love of god.... Do not rent an apartment here that is facing the highway. This is level 10 loud. Currently they are building another highway behind building 6 which is even closer to the apartment. Even the non-highway facing apartments can hear. I lived with sound machines in every room. You will NOT find parking here after 4 pm. It is literally impossible. I have an assigned spot but people park in it if it's left available. If you have an additional car you are completely out of luck. Equipment in the gym needs to be fixed. The pool was always closed. The surrounding area is crime infested. The inside of the apartment is very nice. It is spacious and I never had a problem with maintenance. After I moved out I received my deposit back but they do take out for carpet cleaning. We have lived here since 2019, Emilio the maintenance man is amazing. He is always very kind and friendly he is quick to fix whatever issues we are having weather it be a light bulb or something big like when our ac broke. They moved us into a roach filled apartment, and they tried to act like they didn't know the apartment had roaches, but they ended up telling us that they know who is bringing the roaches. We made a big fuss about the roaches and made them come spray once a week, we were still seeing roaches and they were doing the bare minimum to help us. We lived here for 5 months and they forced us out which was the best thing to happen to us since staying there. I moved into Inspirado Residences in August 2020, and I have had ongoing challenges to enjoyment the property since the first week. * DECEITFUL PRACTICES: Prior to submitting a lease application in August of 2020, I contacted leasing agent Johnathan (who I believe is no longer with the company). I advised him I did not want to live in a first or second story apartment, as I feared excessively noisy neighbors. He then assured me I was submitting a non-refundable application fee for a third story apartment, at the rate of $999. The apartment was to be move-in ready on August 25, 2020. The next day after submitting the application, mysteriously, the price of the apartment changed to $1080 and there was only a second story apartment available for that move-in date. He had me submit a second application, stating the increased amount of rent. Johnathan at that time assured me that the bedrooms had "double-padded" floors and you cannot hear your neighbors. I was further advised that any "noise complaints" would be promptly addressed and rectified, were they to occur. * PRIOR AND ONGOING ISSUES: After moving in, I was immediately aware of the fact that the rooms were not "double-padded," and I can most definitely hear the neighbors in Apartment 327, relentlessly. My first complaint was approximately a week after move-in, as I hoped they were merely going through a phase the first week and would quiet down after a rough week. That was not the case, so I contacted Naomi. She advised that the tenants in 327 were a known issue, and that tenants prior to my move-in had already submitted complaints regarding their noise issues. She then advised to contact the security when having issues with the tenant noise after hours. I tried that approximately three times, to no avail. After the final attempt, I realized that was an exercise in futility. * MANAGEMENT PROVIDES WORK FOR AFFECTED TENANTS: In November 2020, after submitting a number of complaints regarding the after-hours noise stemming from Apartment 327, Naomi instructed me to make a "journal" of all of their after-hours noise. She said once the office had this information, something could be done. Throughout the month, I did as she requested and additionally video recorded the light fixtures shaking and stomping/objects being thrown in the middle of the night. In December 2020, Naomi asked for additional time to rectify the issue. * TIME PASSES, PROBLEM PERSISTS: Since that time, I have endured and continued to submit written complaints regarding the problem. The last complaint I submitted, was responded to by Adriana. She advised me to contact the police each time they are making noise after hours. On one of the instances, the tenants in 327 had been fighting for greater than five hours throughout the duration of the night. Their argument escalated so badly, that I actually took Adriana's advice and contacted law enforcement. The tenants merely refused to answer the door to the police, and that action certainly did not rectify the issue. * DEMAND FOR CHANGE: I cannot recall the last night that I was able to sleep, without substantial interference from the tenants within Apartment 327. This lack of sleep is negatively affecting my health, my work, and my ability to enjoy the residence that I pay to rent monthly. Their noise issues during the daytime are something I can deal with; however, their noise issues at night, are insufferable. They are running their washing machine within the hours of 12:30 AM and 4:00 AM, nearly every morning. They are stomping back and forth in the bedroom between the hours of 12:00 AM and 5:00-8:00 AM, nearly every morning. They are fighting incessantly, virtually every night and day. They are throwing objects that are hitting my ceiling, virtually every night and day, with excessive instances within the hours of 12:30 AM and 3:00 AM. All of the above listed challenges to the enjoyment of my residence, are noise issues that are in violation of the lease. As the family member of multiple members of law enforcement and as an informed citizen, I would like to state that police do not enforce lease violations. Police enforce violations of criminal law. That being said, property management companies are obligated to enforce lease violations that inhibit other tenants' abilities to peacefully enjoy the residence in which said tenants are obligated to tender funds, in order to occupy. Therefore, I request one of the following actions -- (1) Relocate me to a third-story apartment (as I originally paid to lease), without financial setback to me. (2) Effectively end the noise issue stemming from Apartment 327, so I may have access to a residence in which I can sleep nightly. In addition, the entire walkway and stairway to my apartment is covered in bird excrement. The office has been advised it is due to a tenant feeding the birds daily. They do not routinely clean it, nor have they stopped the tenant who has been identified to cause the issue. read more

I have been living here for almost a year. The management has been quick in responding to any request. The staff and maintenance team are professional and very responsive. The place is clean. I like my one bedroom plan. Very spacious and it has a big balcony. I especially want to say THANK YOU to the management team for sending notice to residents ahead, giving them time to move their car parking in other residents' assigned space, to avoid towing. My family and I lived in these apartments for a year. It was our first home and at first it wasn't to bad. The place was well kept and staff was friendly. We were aware that management was taking over when we began our lease. Well lets just say there are some issues.... 1. PARKING : it was the worst , got worst the more time passed. 2. Smoking : people would constantly be smoking weed , which is fine but the smell would get overwhelming (especially for people who don't smoke and have little kids ) 3. The report they made once we movedout.... they stated our patio Smelled due to our dog ... lies , I made my husband scrub the patio .... also they stated cleaning was $200, when we were told $100. Can I also say that when we moved in the floors where pure black. I had to throw away socks because I couldn't get the stains out no matter how hard we scrubbed (we had to mop the floor whole house like 3 times before we could feel it was clean) ,No way that they had payed for cleaning . Oh and lastly the gym , half the machine are broken... they didn't take that into account when they took $500 from our deposit,we payed over 1300 for 2 bed 2 bath but because of covid couldn't use the gym or pool , and parking was horrible . But they still took $500, in the end I'm not going to fight it but I do want to make sure people are aware. Inspirado was my first apartment I've ever rented independently. I got lucky and moved to the second floor of the only two story building. The unit was really clean and really nice. I love that the complex is quiet and the walls aren't thin, which was very important to me in choosing a place to rent. I spent little time using the amenities, but during the summer I'd go for a quick dip before all the kids went out. A lot of my interaction was with Adam, the manager and he's really great! He is very quick to answer any of my questions and concerns and have been helpful from beginning to end. The maintenance guys are great as well! read more

What makes this a terrific choice, 1) the management team are extremely helpful., 2) the maintenance crew are by far the best I've ever seen. They are fast in response and extremely kind. Honestly, I don't know how this place received 4 stars. I have very mixed feelings and probably will be all over the place but here we go: Let's mention that I live in Los Angeles and am planning to move to Vegas for work and continue my studies. I have a steady income and savings, I'm not an irresponsible millennial who's just calling Inspirado Apartments to waste their time. When I called to inquire about a 1 bedroom apartment and asked the lady at Inspirado about pictures or videos of units that I was interested in, she told me that no one asked her to send videos but she will send me pictures later on, because she was the only one in the office that day. Ok, understandable. Let's mention that a few places I've called prior sent me pictures and videos within minutes of our conversation, that's how easy it was! Other places also took time and went over extra fees/charges and told me more about their apartment complex, some of them also told me that they're willing to hold it for me since I'm moving from California. Some of those places probably have an idea that it's not easy to look for apartments when you're not physically in the state of Nevada. The lady at Inspirado also mentioned that she wouldn't hold a specific unit for me and if I make a decision I should hurry up and apply. Whoa,that fast ? I don't even know where I'm moving to! Tell me more about the unit, send me pictures or videos of similar units at least? So I told myself, maybe she will send it later, the apartment at Inspirado is nice...why don't I apply and see how it goes? The reviews are good, and I trusted them... Bad mistake, if a place is not willing to work with you from the beginning, it's not worth it. Same lady called me few hours later to tell me that I got approved and that she would send me pictures as she promised. I understand things get busy at the leasing office and you might be short staffed, but I already applied and got approved, how hard is it to send pictures? Ok, I waited till the next day. The lady called again, and told me if I made the decision about the unit? What? I haven't seen the unit!! She also said that she will send pictures later and mentioned that I should've waited before applying if I wasn't serious about the place because credit check takes away points from my credit score. I'm sorry, but how am I supposed to be serious about the place that never even did what they were supposed to do ?I was serious,but now, I found an apartment complex that provided me with everything that I needed. 3 phone calls, 3 days and nothing was done. Please, if you're reading this and you're moving out of state, think 3x before applying to Inspirado. I know it's affordable but if you pay $100.00 more you'll get a nice place and will save yourself a headache. read more

My apartment was reasonably priced when I first moved in on 7/1/2018. Rent went up 15% a year later and I felt my apartment was overpriced. These apartments are getting old. I had corner moldings fall off in the kitchen and computer desk area. You can see the wear and tear on the doors and in the hallway. Maintenance is good and will come and fix problems within a day. A big negative about these apartments is that many of them face the 95 freeway and you hear the cars, trucks and motorcycles throughout the day. And I emphasize throughout the day. I was told by Susan, a part time agent, that if you close your windows, you will not hear the noise from the freeway during non rush hour times. Not true! I suggest anyone thinking about moving into Inspirado, check out very carefully if you will be facing the freeway. If you do face the freeway, you won't be able to get satellite TV and even an antenna won't work to get free channels. read more

I would not recommend living in this apartment complex. These apartments used to be good when we first moved in about 3 years ago; however now that they are under new management, it is very poorly run. There is never any parking and cars are often broken into. The amenities and property are not well kept and the front gate is consistently broken. When we moved out, the process was absolutely terrible and even though we thoroughly cleaned our apartment, we were still charged about $300 for cleaning fees. Do not live here. They do not have enough parking places for residents and do nothing to enforce guests from taking up to many spots. I can't remeber the name of who helped me but the the ladies where both so reassuring and answered all my question and put my mind to ease because of what I experienced at my previous apartments. This place is great until you walk out of your apartment. After being here for 2 years, Us and another neighbors' car both got stolen, right down the street from a bad mobile home park with a bunch of crackheads! For us, there is never enough parking even for one guest, let alone yourself. We all have assigned parking, but this complex will tell you there's enough parking, then they post signs the day before then tow you!!! They have some kind of operation with a tow company, Brothers Towing and we watch them prey on their own residents. The tow company is called by somebody from the staff after hours that lives here and it's unnecessary and ridiculous and embarrassing for them to operate this way, but they still do. They actually posted new tow signs everywhere the night they towed everyone, and I'm talking multiple residents. So disrespectful after all the money we pay. Not just me, but many residents. So if parking is an issue, or you have visitors often , I would not move here, they're awful! The only great thing about this place is the maintenance crew. They're the best, but the office needs help, bad! They're awful!!! Also, you can't even wash your car every week because they hire a company that has halfass labor.... All they do is take a blower and blow the debris all over the complex and they blow it all over your patio and furniture with no regards to the residents! So if you're on the bottom floor you basically have no future in patio furniture! They just blow everything all over our patio and all over the complex. Its so rude and disrespectful I can't believe they can operate this way. Tread carefully with this place! Also, the office ladies are so nice until you sign your lease and then they treat you like shit when you come to them with your issues. 1 year ago I got transferred to Vegas for work. I wanted to stay in a good , clean and friendly place. Hands down Inspirado apartments Homes were the best. After looking at many places this place just felt right! Right across the street from a casino if you don't feel like driving. Also close to good hiking trails! This I will definitely miss the most. Mountain lone park. Nohemi (manager) definitely takes the time to explain and listen to your concerns. Also the grounds are kept really clean. Any time you have maintenance issues which I hardly ever had they help you right away! Don't think twice about renting here. Many friendly families also live here so it is also ideally for families. I don't know where to start. A few years ago this place was amazing. Last year a new management team took over and my gosh this place went straight to hell. The up keep is terrible. Trash is everywhere all the time, the smell of urine and weed lingers in the air when you walk out of your apartment. Apparently the vetting process of renters went out the window as well so you will deal with some questionable neighbors. Do not get excited about the amenities that are included with your rent because the gym equipment is sparse and is not well maintained and the pool is disgusting now. It was so well kept before but now it's closed more than it's open the filters don't work and the water is constantly dirty and cloudy and debris and hair is floating everywhere The YMCA pool that has high volumes of traffic is cleaner and more maintained than this one. And if you have an issue good luck with having the office handle it. Rent is raised every year yet the quality of the complex gets lower. I'm so glad we got out last month because it's truly unsafe here. We had great security before but now they're barely around and don't do their job. I LOVED my time at Inspirado Apartments. The units themselves are so beautiful, the grounds are always quiet and clean, and I always felt safe as a single woman living alone. The staff was always awesome too from the leasing office to the maintenance team. I truly didn't want to move out but had to once I got married since my wife already owned a home. Otherwise I would be there for years! When I moved out they told me to not worry about patching holes or anything of that nature. This is a great place to live. Perfect location if you work in the Centennial Hills area. I've been here almost 2 years and can't imagine living anywhere else. The complex is smaller than most and the majority of people seem to work during the day. It's very quiet and people are friendly (for the most part!). The inside of the apartments are high end; nice appliances, flooring, and fixtures. Love the pool area and the cool new furniture. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to take the time to answer questions or just stop and chat. They don't put up with loud, disruptive neighbors which is great! Maintenance is always quick to fix things. We recently put our 30 day notice in and it's coming close to saying bye to this place. It has only been 13 months but it was a nice place to live. In the beginning I had a few issues with some neighbors and packages getting stolen but as soon as they moved I never had another problem. My fav thing is the leasing agents! They are all so nice! Our fav is hands down Naomi!!! She is so funny and friendly! I always feel like I'm talking to my girlfriend because I am so comfortable talking to her. She has taken care of us since day 1! She also told me I should've come to her about those neighbors. They do not put up crap and I love it! Adam is the manager and he too is very nice. The office feels so warm and cozy I always appreciate the coffee and candy they offer :) this place is directly across from Santa Fe so it's nice to just walk to the movies. do not i repeat do not move here!!! dont be fooled by the complex nor the inside. its a gimmick!!!!!! people come from sante fe station and were breaking into peoples car. ive asked them plenty of times about there broken gate! someone broke into my car. not only did they break into it, they vandalism my car if the gate was fixed i doubt they wouldve walked in. they lied and said the gate would always be closed and if it was broke theyll fix it. just lies lies. they now have a fake sign by the trash cans now saying surveillance. no surveillance back there at all. they ripped us off from our deposit. charged us to clean when they were going to have to clean anyway. the walls the bathroom the fridge the kitchen was all clean. the carpet we shampoo it ourselves so we know what kind of wear and tear it had. we even went back and cleaned it ourselves before we turned in our keys. $200 for cleaning. just straight bullshit the manager is very unprofessional. naiomi!!! they have new employees and someone else brought the apartments just horrible communication from them all. pool area people from all over just walk in and chill. the community pool!!! theyll lie and say anything to get you to sign. my whole year staying there i couldnt sleep, i was pregnant and my upstairs neighbor fought his girlfriend all the time. they did nothing about it not even thought to compensate nor move me and they knew i was pregnant. they didnt do anything for the uncomfortable stay i had. very unfair place to stay. read more

This place had its problems, just like everywhere else, but now they went and messed with the parking. If you arrive after 7PM at night, you'll have a walk to get to your apartment. If you arrive after midnight, you might not find a parking space at all. However, you are allowed one inconveniently located parking spot per apartment. So, if you have only one car per apartment, you'll be O.K. The noise here has gotten really quite horrible. There seems like there is always someone sitting in their car pumping the bass at 2 in the morning. Then there's a really loud motorcycle that seems to circle the parking lot at 4 in the morning. Management has taken the position that the parking situation is resolved, so I expect no changes are in the work. They are quick to recommend paid garage spaces, which are there appears to be a million of. read more
