I made an appointment to have my tub reglazed in my apartment in downtown Jersey City. The morning of my appointment, I received a call from NJ Refinishing Tile and Tub stating that they had to cancel my appointment and would be unable to provide service "because the boss refuses to go to downtown Jersey City". I canceled plans that I had that morning and expected to have my tub reglazed. Instead, I had to receive that phone call 30 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive. This company is unprofessional, unethical, and untrustworthy. The rep stated that "my boss goes to other part of Jersey City, but he won't go downtown -sorry." Don't bother conducting business with this company because they may discriminate against you based on where you live or not show up after they change their mind for no apparent reason. Maybe I should contact the Better Business Bureau? What a waste of a morning and waste of time contacting NJ Refinishing Tile and Tub. Do Not Support This Business.

Needless to say he did beautiful work was very thorough in getting things done right He brought in necessary, subcontractors and saved me a lot of money versus hiring a traditional contractor/remodeler who would have gutted the original bath and put in something new.
