Once I realized the clutch was shot, his partner gave us such a hard time and refused to believe it was a problem. After some back and forth, George split the cost with me. A while later, I needed to remove my back tires and realized that whoever put them on, they over torqued them and I was unable to get them off. I needed to take it to a mechanic just to get them off and several of the lug nuts broke. After telling the dealer that they over torqued the lugs, they did nothing. Fast forward a few months, the engine starts knocking. More money gone. Another while later, my headlights start fading in and out. A mechanic takes a look and realizes the battery they so generously gave me was a rebuilt battery that wasn't even the right size for the car. More money gone. I realize that I bought a new car and there are bound to be issues but the battery issue alone makes me believe that if they cut corners on something relatively cheap, what else did they cheap out on?

Not only did they refuse to fix the rear view mirror. They fixed the door dent and incorrectly matched to the original paint color.. the door is off black.. as a single mother I put down $12,000 in cash to be taken advantage of. I followed up with the owner about my rear view mirror, they had my car for a week fixing the door and returned my car with no rear view mirror. After telling me they had ordered the part from Lexus dealership, as much money as I invested in this car I could have got a brand new Lexus off the lot, I am ashamed that these people run a business in this manner. The owner Moe told me to take him to small Claims court, and threatened that I will end up paying his attorney fees.
