I got the average dealer experience you'd get anywhere else. When I tried to negotiate on price of the vehicle, the salesman was typical and leaned towards talking about monthly payments. Even going as far as trying to make me feel cheap for not wanting to pay for their $2000 lowjack or whatever that is done for all their vehicles. They removed that from the disclaimer from their website, i hope they have stopped trying to add it. Salesperson tried to convince me that a 11% rate they offered was "pretty good". I feel so disappointed. All the dashboard lights turned on the day after I purchased a car. I contacted the dealer and they told me to bring my car back and they would take care of it. They just turned off the lights for one day. Not only that, They added LoJack to the sale without asking if I wanted it. I thought it was included, but that added another 2000 to the total. I was pre approved with my bank for a good loan, but still they ran my credit. The temporary plates were printed wrong and I got a ticket just one day after the purchase. The officer said, that it looks fake, only letters and numbers. It was the first time I got a ticket in my life. The plate frame they installed was covering the permit dates. At the dealership everyone was so nice and polite. But I definitely won't recommend them. Buying a car is not an everyday thing. Make your purchase thinking you deserve better. read more

Be very careful purchasing anything from Catalano Motors. I purchased a Ford Explorer within two months of having the car the transmission went out and axle was cracked I purchased extended warranty through Catalano Motors finding out the extended warranty never existed .. I took my car to Ford and Ford explain there's no extended warranty ..I immediately called Derik he tried to talk me out of canceling extended warranty that never existed. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! We bought a used 2016 GMC Yukon XL 5.3L. on April 22, 2023, and the extended warranty Derek offered us through Endurance Dealer Services, LLC (Level 4, Highest Coverage). Our truck broke down on December 4, 2023, eight months after purchase. Diagnostic came back stating that it was a misfire on a lifter and Cylinders 1 and 7. We followed all the instructions in the agreement and did everything the rep indicated so that the repair shop could repair our truck. To this day the warranty has not authorized repairs claiming the repair shop hasn't followed through and that in the course of their inspector going out to do the inspection they tampered with the parts. I searched Endurance Dealer Services, LLC up on Better Business Bureau and other websites and there are other claims just like mine to the extent that the warranty is finding any and every little excuse to deny the claim and not pay for repairs. I have also filed a complaint with BBB. I am now stuck with a repair bill of $6,000.00 and $2,000.00 in car rental bills. I contacted Derek to see if he could help out or refund me and at the beginning it seemed like he wanted to help as he indicated he would email the warranty company, but he did nothing and never replied to my text. I then called the office to follow up on my text to Derek and talked to Greg instead, he also seemed like he was trying to help. After almost a week of waiting under Greg's direction to see if the warranty company would do something he said that the warranty had denied the claim because the repair shop didn't follow through and tampered with the parts and he proceeded to say that he already tried to help me that I needed to stop calling them. So now, my truck is still at the repair shop because I don't have the money to pay for the repair and the rental. I have submitted all the paperwork to BBB regarding this matter as well. I'm not just a customer who isn't happy because things didn't go "MY WAY" as Derek indicated during our first conversation when I called him regarding this issue and told him that I had read all the fraud claims with BBB. I purchased a warranty that he offered, and my truck is at the repair shop broken down that I purchased eight months ago from him as well. She immediately had issues the FIRST DAY, so I chose not to. This situation definitely warrants a review...would be ZERO if there was the option to. There has been nothing but constant problems since DAY 1. We drove the car to you several times from Orange County to Corona and left it with you to be "fixed" by the shop you use. You refused to give any paperwork showing what the shop did and now it Is clear why. On top of the car issues, once the purchase was complete, we were met with condescending remarks about how it is not your problem and this is the choice she made. It won't even start now after your several "fixes" and your concern to make sure she has something reliable and safe, it is clear it was just a sales tactic and your family owned business isn't as trustworthy as you claim. My husband and i found a 2008 ford 350 for a work/family truck. We were in a major bind and they were able to get us into a truck right away. We were so thankful. Until the very next day when the check engine light came on. They took the truck back to get checked out right away. Again we were very thankful. It was all downhill from there. Mind u we put a $6,500 down payment on this truck. Well needless to say they completely screwed us. They had to "fix" the truck three different times, THEY NEVER FIXED IT!! The truck blows white smoke into the cab of the truck, making it hard to breath. We told them this was happening, my husband showed them a video, the mechanic even saw it with his own eyes. They said "we fixed it" i repeat THEY NEVER FIXED IT and the problem only got worse. We called them the VERY NEXT DAY wanting to trade the truck back for something more reliable. My husband needs this for work and without a reliable truck we can't work!!!! We talked to them, pleaded with them and all they said was "u signed an as is and the loan already went through" this was the VERY NEXT DAY!!! I am disgusted with the owner of this dealership as well as the ones who work there and allow this to happen. Put it this way, i NEVER WRITE BAD REVIEWS!!! But this has financially hurt my family more then they know. My son couldn't even breath the last time he got outta the truck. We hve let the truck go into repo becuase we will not pay for it. We are taking legal action. Even tho it's a long shot i guarantee you i will not give up. My family has been in corona Norco areas for YEARS!!! We own an outdoor shooting range which is very reputable, so for someone locally to put us in this kind of position is so upsetting. I can sit and say DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. But everyone has their own experiences i just hope your is better then ours. Make sure to read your paperwork and ask questions like IF WE WANT TO BRING IT BACK what's the time frame. They give u two days to do this, remember we called them the very next day asking for the truck to be traded in. They did not honor this, said the owner was "out of town" i have txt msgs to prove all of this. But my point is THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT KIND OF HARDSHIP THEY HVE PUT ON MY FAMILY (three kids) I can sit and talk all the shit on them but at the end of the day, they completely left us in a hole and now without a truck for work. Which has caused my husband to change work fields cause we don't hve a truck to tow our trailer for our family owned small business. I will be very involved in all community's near by as a Woman Owned Small Business and i will make sure everyone knows what kind of bind they have put us in.
